烟草企业ERP中物资供应管理的实施与应用

摘要
随着社会的发展，人们接收到的信息量越来越大，对信息的处理工作也变得越来越重要。如果企业组织想随时了解生产经营活动中的各种运行情况，并且及时地做出正确的决策，就必须要有先进的科学系统为其提供支持。而红塔集团SAPR／3系统的成功实施，是集团信息化建设的一座丰碑。本论文围绕红塔集团ERP项目中物料管理部分展开研究。它首先阐述了管理信息系统的概念、现状、发展状况以及管理信息系统的发展对企业的影响，接着通过功能要求、信息要求、性能要求、编码要求等方面的分析、论证，阐述了企业物资管理信息系统的研究和开发不仅是必要而且是十分迫切的观点。其次是在找出企业原系统存在的问题和不足之处的基础上，提出新系统的建议。并对新系统所应满足的各种需求和要求进行了探讨。通过红塔集团三种业务流程的详细分析，比较现有业务流程和未来业务流程的作业方式以及所产生的效果。通过比较，得出新系统的优势所在，这也是本文研究的重要成果之一。通过MIS开发方法的分析、比较，用生命周期法和快速原型法相结合的方法进行MIS的开发。同时根据红塔集团ERP管理的实践，采用IDEFIX建模分析设计方法，构建出红塔集团物资供应计划的关系数据模型。最后通过集团ERP项目物资管理的主要业务流程分析，深切剖析了SAP R／3系统对集团带来的实际意义和所产生的良好的实施效果。同时也是提高企业核心竞争力的必要途径。
It' s more and more important that dealing with information work with social development, and the public receives message at ever-accelerating rate. It' s necessary that giving supports with advanced science system, if enterprise want to learn the information about production and management, and decide to accurate judgement. It' s one monument about information constrution that SAP R/3 system is put into effect successful around ERP item in this dissertation. Firstly, the concepts actuality, development is expatiated, and development of MIS is tamper with enterprise, the point is necessary that the research and exploration of materials MIS through analyzing and confirming about function, communication performance, coding and etc. to suggest the advice of new system after finding problems and shortcoming in the old system, and some requirements and require about new system have been discussed .To compare busywork manner and effects of operation flow in existense and in the future through particular analysis o
f three operation flow, the one of the important production in this dissertation is that giving birth to mew MIS' advantage through comparing each other. To furnish methords in combination with methords of life-cycle and rapidly prototype after analyzing and comparing, put to use IDEFIX to contract an relations data model according to practice in hongta group.
It' s produced good results and current signifinance in hongta(group) through carrying SAP R/3 system out and the competition at the core of enterprise is enhanced.
