中国政党制度的特色研究

摘要
当今世界是一个处于复杂变化的世界,改革开放的中国也存在诸多难以预料的不确定因素。在当今世界大的背景环境和国际政治格局之下,坚持、发展和完善中国特色政党制度建设具有十分重大的现实意义。本文从政党基本理论着手,深入研究了在我国政党制度创立之初中国的历史现状及生产力发展水平,同时也详细分析了现阶段相对复杂的国内、国际的社会环境,洞察了西化的原因及图谋,论述了中国实行中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的必然性。
由于历史条件、政治斗争环境的限制和随着经济社会发展的新情况、新因素、新问题的出现,中国特色的政党制度,它以其独特性与政治优势,保证了中国特色社会主义事业既有坚强的政治领导核心,又能获得广泛的政治支持；既能保证多元化的利益表达,又能避免政治混乱,避免无谓的政治内耗；既能充分发扬人民民主,又能形成高度的政治集中；既能保持社会稳定,又能营造和谐氛围；既保持一致性,又体现多样性；既规范有序,又充满活力。
中国特色政党制度在发展和完善中还有一定的空间,除了在设计时理论准备不足外,对西方政党制度理论研究也不够,不仅对政党在政党制度中的定位理论研究不够,而且对政党制度发展规律的理论研究不够,这就需要理论总结和理论创新。

In this paper, the basic theory of political parties to start with in-depth study of the political party system in our country created the status quo at the beginning of China's history and productivity of the level of development, but also a detailed analysis of the present relatively complex domestic and international social environment, an insight into the causes and attempt to Westernized,Discussed the implementation of China's Communist Party of China led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is necessary.

Political party system with Chinese characteristics, there are still in the development and' improvement of a certain space, in addition to lack of preparation in the design theory, the theoretical study of Western political party system is not enough, not only for political parties in the party system in the positioning of theoretical research is not enough, but also for party system the law of development of the theoretical research is not enough, which requires theoretical summary and theoretical innovation.
由于历史条件、政治斗争环境的限制和随着经济社会发展的新情况、新因素、新问题的出现,中国特色的政党制度,它以其独特性与政治优势,保证了中国特色社会主义事业既有坚强的政治领导核心,又能获得广泛的政治支持；既能保证多元化的利益表达,又能避免政治混乱,避免无谓的政治内耗；既能充分发扬人民民主,又能形成高度的政治集中；既能保持社会稳定,又能营造和谐氛围；既保持一致性,又体现多样性；既规范有序,又充满活力。
中国特色政党制度在发展和完善中还有一定的空间,除了在设计时理论准备不足外,对西方政党制度理论研究也不够,不仅对政党在政党制度中的定位理论研究不够,而且对政党制度发展规律的理论研究不够,这就需要理论总结和理论创新。
