基于GSM信息通信的广告机控制系统研究

摘要
为了解决当前滚动式广告机分布地区不同、分布较广、数量众多、设备检测维护不便的问题,本文提出研制基于GSM信息通信的广告机控制系统设计方案。
     GSM短消息作为一种非常成熟通信模式,具有投资少、运营成本低、信息覆盖面广的优点,对于解决广告机监控覆盖面广、实时性要求不太高、采集点分散的监控采集的系统具有无可比拟的优势,能将运行维护人员从繁重的维护监控工作中解放出来,及时发现并定位设备故障,大大减少了系统停用带来的不良影响。研究通过GSM短消息作为一种数据传输模式来进行通信,利用西门子TC35i无线模块进行短消息的发送和接受达到对广告机设备实施监控,有效的解决设备远程监控的问题,在性能上较传统滚动式广告机有较大的提升。
     本文研究的主要内容是基于GSM短消息通信的滚动式广告机控制系统硬件设计和GSM信息通信的实现。首先详细介绍了系统的功能和各个功能模块的硬件电路设计,包括人机界面单元设计、无线模块电路设计、无刷直流电机控制电路设计、时钟电路设计等方面内容。然后对于广告机运行过程中控制方面的难点进行了解决:采用画布走动缓起缓刹的方式减少了画布走动过程中产生的振动和噪音,采用自检和三相无刷直流电机三相霍尔检测的方式得到了准确的位置信息,使得广告机画布走位十分到位,避免产生偏差。最后,实现STC12C5A60S2处理器与西门子TC35i无线模块之间的通信,当处理器通过各种信号和各种数据的计算处理,会产生系统故障报警的信号,则对相应的故障报警所反应的信息按一定的编码方式进行编码,再根据短信息中心号码、接收短信息目的用户号码、编码方式以及短信息有效期生产PDU格式数据。最后利用AT指令[AT+CMGS]来发送短信息到用户手机上,或接受用户手机的命令信息使广告机做相应的动作。
     目前,基于GSM信息通信的广告机控制系统的基本功能已经实现,系统能够正常的运行,基本实现了预期的目标。
In order to solve some question such as different distribution region, wide distribution, large amount, device proving and incommodious maintainance of the present tumbling-type advertising machine, control system design scheme of advertising machine based on GSM information communication was developed in this thesis.
     As a proven communication mode, GSM short message has the advantage of less investment, low operating costs and wide information coverage. And it has the incomparable advantage of solving some system with wide monitoring coverage, not too high real-time demand and scattered monitoring collect point of advertising machine. This method can free operation maintenance personnel from heavy maintenance monitoring job, find and locate equipment failure in time, greatly reduce undesirable impact because of the system outage. GSM short message was used for a kind of data transmission mode. SIEMENS TC35i wireless module was used for monitoring advertising machine device by sending and receiving short message. These methods effectively solve the problem of remote monitoring equipment, have bigger promotion in performance than traditional tumbling-type advertising machine.
     This thesis mainly includes control system hardware design of tumbling-type advertising machine based on GSM information communication and implementation of GSM information communication. Firstly, hardware circuit design of systematic function and each functional module were introduced in detail, including the circuit design of human-computer interface, wireless module, brushless continuous current dynamo and clocking. Then the controlling difficulty of advertising machine in the process was solved: The vibration and noise which were generated by advertising machine in the process were reduced by the way of canvas moving, slow startand slow brake. The exact location information can be obtained by the way of self-checking and triphase Hall detection with triphase brushless continuous current dynamo, makes advertising machine canvas locate exactly, avoids producing deviation. Finally, the communication between STC12C5A60S2 processor and SIEMENS TC35i wireless module was implemented. When all kinds of signal and data were computed and handled by the processor, the corresponding failure warning message code by some encoded mode. Then PDU format data was produced by short message center number, purpose user number of receiving message, encoded mode, deadline. Then mobile phone user receives the short message by using AT instruction[AT+CMGS], or advertising machine receives command information and make corresponding actions form mobile phone user.
     At present, the basic functionality of advertising machine control system based on GSM information communication is implemented, the system can run normally, basically achieve the expected outcomes.
