低压配电网中智能无功补偿控制设备的研究与设计

摘要
随着我国国民经济GDP(国民生产总值)的不断增长,我国的电力工业也有了长足的发展。同时电力网中的无功问题也已逐渐引起人们的广泛关注,无功功率增加会使功率因数偏低、系统电压下降,使配电、输电和发电设施不能充分发挥作用,使电网的供电质量恶化。
     本文对无功补偿的发展现状进行了论述,介绍了无功补偿的作用和补偿方法,论述了控制器的组成及系统实现的功能,完成了由ARM和AVR双CPU构成的硬件电路设计及各功能模块的调试,增加了GPRS无线传输模块。对系统运行情况进行了定量测试,其要求达到了国家标准。
As China’s national economy GDP (gross domestic product) continuing to grow, China’s electric power industry has also grown by leaps and bounds. At the same time the reactive problem of electricity networks has gradually aroused widespread concern, reactive power will reduce the power factor , drop the system voltage, power distribution, transmission and generation facilities can not fully play its role so that the quality of power supply grid deterioration.
     In this paper, the development and research status of reactive power compensation is introduced, the effect and method of compensation is introduced, the controller composition and the function of system are expounded, the ARM and AVR dual CPU hardware circuit design and debug function modules are completed, increased the GPRS wireless module. Operation of the system for the quantitative test and up to the national standards.
