散货船自动配载系统的研究与实现

摘要
提高散货船配载的质量、效率和可靠性,对船舶安全、高效运输意义重大。当前,有关船舶配载系统的研究和设计主要集中在用计算机解决配载计算问题,关于船舶自动配载的研究还比较少。从提高配载的效率来讲,设计一个能满足船舶及货物各方面要求的自动配载系统是十分必要的。在此背景下,本文将以散货船为例来研究船舶自动配载问题。
     本文包括以下几方面内容:1)从散货船配载过程出发,阐述了与散货船配载有关的稳性、强度、浮态的计算与校核方法。2)给出了利用专家系统方法设计散货船自动配载系统的思路,并联系散货船配载实际,给出了散货船配载专家系统知识库、推理机的设计方案,同时提出了利用效用矩阵实现货物自动调整的方法。3)针对具体的船舶,利用程序设计语言Visual Basic与数据库开发工具Microsoft Access设计了一个散货船自动配载原型系统。该系统不仅实现了人工手动配载,也能完成散货船的自动配载,并提供了友好的人机对话操作界面。4)联系今后货运技术和计算机技术发展的趋势,针对本系统提出了有待进一步解决的问题。
     本文在对散货船配载系统现状进行研究的基础上,提出了利用人工智能中专家系统方法来实现散货船自动配载的设计方案,并开发出了散货船自动配载软件,其主要研究成果如下:
     1.联系散货船配载实际,结合专家系统设计原理,给出了散货船配载专家系统知识库、推理机的设计方法。该设计方法对其他类型船舶自动配载系统的设计有借鉴意义。
     2.提出了效用矩阵的概念,并把它应用于散货船配载实际,解决了货物自动调整问题。本文虽然将该方法用于散货船自动配载系统,但是同样适用集装箱船、杂货船等货物自动配载系统。
     3.利用程序设计语言Visual Basic与数据库丌发工具Microsoft Access设计了一个散货船自动配载原型系统。该系统能用于航海技术专业相关课程的教学和培训,经过进一步完善也可在实船上使用。

The improvement of the quality, efficiency and reliability of the ship stowage is very important to assure the safety in marine transportation. Nowadays, much more work about the research and design of a ship stowage system focuses on stowage calculation by computer than on fully automatic stowage, and some ship stowage systems could make automatic stowage come true, but they only limit in such aspects of stowage as ship stability or trim. It is necessary to design a ship automatic stowage system for better efficiency. So, this paper takes the design of the bulk carrier automatic system as an example to search the key to the question of ship automatic stowage system.
    Based on the analysis of the stowage capability and its checking methods and the description of the ongoing research of Bulk Carrier Stowage System, the paper presents the designing scheme of Bulk Carrier Automatic Stowage System which utilizes the principle of expert system in artificial intelligence, and gets the results as follows:
    1. The paper presents the design methods of Knowledge Base and Decision Maker on bulk carrier stowage expert system. This method could also be used in other ship automatic stowage systems.
    2. The paper puts forward the concept of Efficiency Matrix. Its application in the bulk carrier automatic system solves the problem of adjusting cargo. This method is not only used in bulk carrier automatic system but also in other such automatic stowage systems as containers or general cargo ships.
    3. The paper programs a prototype system on Bulk Carrier Automatic Stowage System by Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access. The system could be used in maritime education and training, and even onboard ships with further improvement.
    Built with cleared structure, the knowledge base in the Bulk Carrier Automatic Stowage System with Expert System is conveniently expanded and
    
    
    
    modified. And the system is easily maintained as a whole, so it is a productive attempt in designing Bulk Carrier Automatic Stowage System.
