医学院校学生感恩教育研究

摘要
感恩是中华民族的优良传统,是现代文明的精神体现,是做人的根本准则。感恩是对自然、社会和他人给自己的恩惠和方便由衷认可,并真诚回报的一种认识、情感和行为。感恩教育是高校德育的重要组成部分,是教育者运用一定的教育方法与手段,依据一定的感恩教育等内容,对受教育者实施的识恩、知恩、报恩的人文教育。感恩教育对于个体而言,不仅是道德教育,也是人生观、世界观的教育。感恩教育是当代大学生健康成长的重要保障,构建和谐社会的重要条件,也是弘扬中华优秀文化的重要手段。
     医学院校不仅要培养具有牢固的医学专业知识和职业技能的人才,同时还要孕育大批具有良好道德素养的未来医务工作者。对大学生感恩意识的培养是医学院校道德素养教育的重要组成部分。大学生的感恩意识,与他们对待工作、生活和社会的态度密切相联,最直接影响他们的人生观和价值观。感恩教育,对于大学生德、智、体、能全面发展、对医学院校构建和谐校园、对建设和谐社会都具有十分重要的意义。然而当前部分学生感恩意识缺乏,认识不到自己所受的恩情,不懂得珍惜恩情,只知索取,不知奉献,屡屡出现知恩不报的现象,感恩这一传统美德受到了严峻的挑战,为此我们必须加强感恩教育,培养学生的感恩意识,传承中华民族的美德。通过感恩教育帮助和引导学生树立科学的感恩价值观,这不仅关系到他们以后的全面发展,也关系到国家的未来。
     本文通过对医学院校学生感恩教育的实践研究,积累资料,总结经验,以活动为载体,坚持教育、实践同行,探索促进医学院校学生感恩意识培养的有效途径和方法。本课题的研究有利于医学生提高自身的道德修养,有利于高校完善道德教育理论,有利于我国实现和谐社会的目标。在借鉴前期高校感恩教育研究成果的基础上,笔者针对如何加强医学院校大学生感恩教育做了初步性的探索,试图粗略地构建一个较为完整的高校感恩教育体系,希望对医学院校实施感恩教育提供借鉴与启示,促进医学院校感恩教育的发展。
     全文共分四部分:第一部分对感恩及感恩教育进行界定,阐明其内涵及理论基础,并对感恩教育的意义进行了阐述,阐明了感恩教育作为德育教育的重要内容对构建和谐社会、弘扬中华文化和保障大学生健康成长具有重要的意义。第二部分着重探讨医学院校实施感恩教育的必要性和特殊性。首先探讨了当前医学院校学生感恩意识缺失的现状和成因分析,然后提出医学院校实施感恩教育有助于培养学生完善的人格,有助于提升学生救死扶伤的精神境界和思想品位,最后阐述了医学院校感恩教育的特殊性。第三部分主要探讨了当前医学院校感恩教育存在的问题及成因分析,认为当前感恩教育存在对感恩教育的重视程度不足,感恩教育目标错位、方式陈旧,活动形式化等问题。主要从教育育人功能减弱,德育方式的偏差,院内、外教育相脱节,教育师资力量薄弱等几方面进行论述,深层分析其原因。第四部分针对目前高校感恩教育中普遍存在突出问题,提出了改进和加强高校感恩教育的几点建议,包括:创建感恩校园文化、培养感恩意识、开展感恩活动、专业教学中渗透感恩思想、建立感恩教育保障体制等。
Thanksgiving is a good Chinese tradition and embody of modern social culture spirit, as well as an essential criterion of being a person. Thanksgiving is a heartfelt approval to the nature, the society and other people’s kindness and convenience, it is also a kind of understanding, emotion and behavior of sincere repayment. Thanksgiving education is an important component in university moral education, it is a kind of humanities education that the pedagogue uses certain education method, bases on certain thanksgiving education content, educates the students to recognize thanksgiving, know thanksgiving, repay thanksgiving and give thanksgiving. To individual, thanksgiving education is not only the moral education, but also the outlook on life ,the world outlook education. Thanksgiving education is the important guarantee of college students healthy growth, the important conditions of constructing the harmonious society and the tool to promote Chinese culture.
     Medical college needs to train the all-round development qualification talented person for social development. It is not only to train the solid professional knowledge and job skill of college students, but also to educate college students to form fine morality accomplishment. The aware of thanksgiving with the college student is the important component of morality accomplishment .It is related to the attitude that they treating in the days to come as well as treating society life and the job directly, also affects it's outlook on life and outlook on values. Being thankful education in the medical college has very important significance to college student all-round development, the society who structures harmonious campus and builds harmony. But the lack of students gratitude consciousness, they don't know to cherish the kindness, only to request, not to frequent grace, thanksgiving ---this traditional virtue will receive the stern challenge, so we must strengthen thanksgiving education, train students’thanksgiving consciousness, inherited Chinese traditional virtue. Through thanksgiving education, we help and guide the students to set up the science to thanksgiving the values ,this will relate not only their later full scale development, but also the future of the country.
     This article basing on the medical college students' education, the practice of gratitude, summarying the experiences ,accumulating data, with activities as the carrier, education, practice, insist to promote medical colleges and universities students to explore effective ways of cultivating gratitude consciousness and methods. This topic research for medical students is to improve their own moral education, to college perfect moral theory and to realize the harmonious society. In current society, the medical college student is thankful returning the certain hiatus back to existence on consciousness , the behavior being thankful waits for improvement , the exploration that the author educates to have done specifically for how the sharpening medical colleges and schools college student is thankful, tries to structure a comparatively entire colleges and universities in rough being thankful educating system , hope implements being thankful to medical colleges and schools on the basis using earlier stage colleges and universities for reference being thankful educating research result, education provide draw lessons with the enlightenment , boost medical colleges and schools being thankful development of education.
     Full text divides into four parts together: Part I educates the boundary being in progress stablely to being thankful and being thankful, expounds it's connotation and rationale. clarifying thanksgiving education as the important content of moral education to construct the harmonious society and to promote Chinese culture and ensure the healthy growth of college students has important significance .Part II emphasizes investigation and discussion medical colleges and schools being put into effect being thankful necessity and particularity educating. Firstly discusses current medical college students' lack of gratitude consciousness and cause analysis, and then put forward the medical colleges to cultivate students' perfect thanksgiving education of personality, enhance students' mental state of saving and grade. Finally expound the particularity of the medical college education gratitude. Part III has summed up current medical colleges and schools being thankful current situation educating, concentrate on being thankful from medical colleges and schools idea , target , aspect such as educating way , educating approach educating have analysed current colleges and universities in depth being thankful educating the primal problem being hit by existence. Part IV is according to the analysis being thankful to current colleges and universities having the problem in education , several countermeasures having brought forward the education pushing forward and reinforcing colleges and universities to be thankful, include: Establish be thankful campus culture , culture be thankful mental consciousness, is open-minded be thankful thought , building-up using personal influence , permeating in special field , Establishing guarantee system and so on.
