深圳后海湾填海区软土地基处理技术研究

摘要
随着深圳地区经济的快速发展和人口的逐渐增加,人们对土地的需求越来越大,加上深圳地区独特的工程地质条件,使得在深圳地区的各项工程中经常需要对大面积软土地基进行加固处理。因此,深圳后海湾填海区软土地基处理技术研究对滨海地区的城市建设具有重要的现实意义。
     论文首先对深圳后海湾填海区软土的工程性质进行了分析、根据其工程性质提出了适合于该区域的5种常用软土地基处理方法,并对其加固机理、适用范围及施工工艺进行了总结分析。
     接着提出了软土地基处理方案的多属性模糊决策方法。从多属性模糊决策基本理论出发,根据软土地基处理方案的本身特点,选取治理可靠性、工程造价、施工工期、对环境的影响等四个指标建立了软土地基处理方案优选的评价体系,采用专家评分法确定评价指标的权重,构造出适合于软土地基方案优选的模糊多属性决策与评价模型,并运用该模型结合实际工程经验对深圳后海湾填海区软土地基处理方案进行了优选,优选结果与实际工程选用方案一致。
     最后对深圳后海湾填海区软土地基处理的监测技术相关方面进行了分析探讨,提出软土地基监测应采用综合监测技术,即根据软土地基地层的实际情况来合理的选择监测项目,且采用多个监测项目的成果对软土地基处理效果进行相互验证。
With the rapid development of economy and population in Shenzhen area, the requirement for the land becomes larger and larger. The large areas of soft foundation need reinforcement in each engineering project of Shenzhen region, due to typical geological situation there. So the study on foundation treatment and monitor technique to large area of soft soil foundation is very important to urban construction and has its important realistic meaning in the coastal region.
     The engineering characteristic of the sea filling soft soil in Houhai bay of Shenzhen is studied. And according to engineering characteristic, five normal dealing methods for the foundation are proposed, which are suitable for this region, while their reinforcement mechanism is analyzed as well as the applicability and the construction techniques.
     The fuzzy decision-making method for multi-objectives to foundation treatment scheme of soft soil is proposed. Based on the fuzzy decision-making theory for multi-objective system, the characteristics of foundation treatment scheme of soft soil were analyzed. From four aspects of reliability, construction promptness, construction time limit, and environmental influence, the index system for evaluating the project design was established for foundation treatment scheme of soft soil. Used the expert investigation to decide the weight for evaluation index, the optimum decision-making and evaluation model was deduced from fuzzy decision-making theory for multi-objective system. Its application in the actual engineering was proved to gain superior decision result.
     At last, the studies on the monitoring technique to the foundation of sea filling soft soil in Houhai bay of Shenzhen region are done to propose the comprehensive monitoring technique, in which, the suitable monitoring technique is chosen according to the real situation of soft soil foundation, while several monitoring projects results to the soft soil foundation are used to validate the monitoring techniques.
