当前城市垃圾的处理,随着垃圾处理场选址距垃圾产生源越来越远,且政府及公众对垃圾收运过程二次污染控制的要求越来越高,生活垃圾处理设施本身在处理了垃圾、给人们带来清洁环境的同时,也是一种污染物的聚集场所。因此,对城市居民来讲,它们本质上具有排斥性;然而对城市系统本身而言,它们又有绝对的依赖性。
本文为垃圾转运系统项目设计、实施提供可靠的技术与管理保障。垃圾转运站正是维持(居民与废弃物)这种若即若离的关系的重要纽带。通过中转系统的科学化管理,实施低成本战略,严格控制周边生态环境,改善中转站建设中应注重加强周边景观建设问题,使垃圾中转站成为城区内一个新的亮点,使周边环境品质得以提升。以人为本,注重绿化、美化、净化三者的结合,花园式的生活垃圾中转站,并能展现未来的绿色环卫风貌。提高中转站的环境体系建设,保持政府公共基础设施良好的发展势头,使城市垃圾的收集、清运及处理进一步得到完善。努力营造优美的一定文化内涵的现代化的生态型花园式的环卫工作环境。
