基于LabVIEW的测控技术虚拟网络实验室的研究与构建

摘要
随着计算机技术、多媒体技术和网络技术的发展,产生了虚拟实验技术。本文首先介绍了虚拟仪器、虚拟实验室的发展和现状。其次,阐述了基于LabVIEW的测控技术网络虚拟实验平台的构建和所用到的关键性技术及实现。内容上,通过两条线索构建针对测控技术的虚拟实验室。一是按知识学习顺序来安排构建了一个基于软件与个人计算机上的基本硬件构成的可拓展式的虚拟实验平台;一是按实验项目进行整合,通过实验室现有的硬件条件,构建的综合性实验平台。重点阐述了网络虚拟实验平台构建中所涉及到数据采集技术、信号分析技术、系统响应分析技术、报表技术、远程面板技术、DataSocket技术等重要技术的实现方法。本文把振动模态分析实验平台作为综合性实验中的一个典型例子重点阐述。主要包括该平台的主要构成和设计思路、各个功能模块的设计方法与实现等。同时,对振动模态分析实验平台在学生实验中的应用,做了一系列实例分析,并分析其测量结果。最后,本文研究了基于ASP.NET动态服务器主页开发工具和ADO.NET数据存储技术。结合LabVIEW中的网络技术,实现了网络化虚拟实验网站的构建。
     本实验系统,针对多门机械电子与信息化的相关学科构建,合理利用现有的实验室资源,整个实验平台的构建秉承了开放性和可拓展性的原则,以学生教学为目的,充分调动学生的学习积极性和主观能动性,具有较强的实用价值。
The virtual experimental technology is generated with the development of the computer technology, multimedia and network technology.
     The first one, this paper introduces the development and status of the technology of the virtual instruments and the virtual experiment.
     The second one, this paper constructs an virtual experiment of the measurement and control technology through two clues. One is the Knowledge Learning order which makes up an expansible virtual platform of a software and basic hardware of the personal computer, and the another is designed by the all-around experiment, which is based by the laboratory existing hardware conditions. This article focuses on the network platform for virtual experiment involved in the construction of some important technology ,such as Data Acquisition,signal analysis and processing,Response Analysis System,Report Generation,Remote panel and DataSocket. This article focuses on the vibration mode of experimental platform as a typical example of the comprehensive test. The platform includes the main components and design ideas, the various functional modules of the design and implementation, and so on. Meanwhile, the vibration mode of experimental platform do a series of examples and analysis of their results for the students in the experimental application.
     Finally, this paper studies dynamic servers Home development tools and ADO.NET data storage technology based on the ASP.NET. This paper combined with LabVIEW in network technology, to achieve a virtual network of the building site.
     This paper proposed the construction of the basic ideas and feasibility study. For the latter, because of the limitation of the hardware experimental platform, this paper focuses on the achieve method of long-distance virtual experiment, and focused on how to achieve long-range data acquisition by LabVIEW.
     This experimental system, constructed for mechanical electronics and information related disciplines, rational used the existing laboratory resources, construction of the experimental platform adopt principles of open and expand, for the purposes of student's instruction, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to learn and subjective initiative, has strong practical value.
