基于PC机下飞机供电系统参数测试及软件设计

摘要
本文运用电子测量技术的前沿技术——虚拟仪器技术,针对基于PC机下飞机供电系统的参数测试进行软、硬件设计。
     完成多类参数信号采集电路硬件理论设计,完成了调理放大电路的硬件设计与实验验证,包括0-10mV,0-100mV输入的电压—电压的调理放大电路、满足国际通用标准IEC—381的4-20mA的电压—电流的仪表检流电路。
     实现对基于ISA总线技术的数据采集卡的驱动、数据采集、数据处理,运用信号发生器模拟采集信号进行验证。
     完成采集数据的预处理、FFT变换、加窗函数数字滤波的实现、过零测频法、插值拟合曲线、飞机供电系统参数数据处理的编程。
     运用面向对象的编程技术,在Windows2000/98操作系统下用Visual C++开发了多任务处理的复杂的测试软件平台如:飞机供电系统测试软件,温度压力DMA方式测量系统,并且介绍笔者在软件工程中的许多关键编程技术及一些调试技术。
With the development of instrument science, instruments are getting more intelligent. The technology of virtual instrument is a new technique in the field of electronic test and measurement. Depend on this technology, this thesis puts a roundly study in parameters test for the Aircraft Power Supply system based on personal computer and software engineering.
    In the thesis, many kinds of parameters data processing hardware design are studied in theory. The exact and magnify hardware circuit is completed and validated in some experiments. The 0-10mV & 0-100mV input V-V convert exact and magnify circuit is completed. The 4-20mA output V-I current-convert circuit is researched to satisfy IEC-381.
    The driving, data acquisition, and data processing of DAQ based on ISA bus are realized. And signal generator simulates the input signals to validate.
    Data pre-processing, digital filter with window function, and Lagrange equations smooth curve are programmed by software in the thesis. The aircraft power supply parameters are designed by software in details.
    In windows 2000/98 operating system , a multitasking and complex test software system is exploited with Visual C++ 6.0 based on the OOD program technology in which the hardware's driving, data acquisition, data processing, and friendly interface are realized; Some debug technology in software project is also introduced in the thesis.
