航空发电机综合测试系统的研制

摘要
本文介绍一种航空发电机测试系统。该系统将单片机技术和虚拟仪器技术相结合,能完成航空发电机规定项目的检测、运行状况的数据记录。用于航空发电机装机前测试、定期检查以及故障诊断,并可以推广到常规机电设备性能检测系统的应用中去。
     系统硬件由阻性交流电子负载模块、数据采集与记录模块、数据通信模块三部分组成。针对对飞机用电设备的模拟,并考虑飞机用电设备的不同及地面模拟的实际需要,设计了基于PWM、单片机技术的大功率数字化可调的阻性交流电子负载系统;针对航空发电机电参数实时检测的要求,在考虑测试标准满足用户要求的前提下,设计了基于单片机的多路数据采集系统;为了适应航空发电机多种运行参数高速记录数据存储的要求,设计了基于SD卡技术的存储容量为16MB的单片机应用系统;为了满足系统抗干扰的要求,解决现有系统人为操作带来的随意性,设计了基于CAN总线转RS-232总线技术的数据通信模块。同时设计了两种电压输出的电源模块,并分析了系统的抗干扰设计。
     系统计算机应用软件以Lab Windows/CVI 6.0为开发平台,设计了航空发电机数据采集处理程序,实现了对阻性交流电子负载系统、数据采集记录系统的控制,规范了检测方法与步骤,消除了人为因素的干扰;利用双线程技术实现了整个检测系统的控制、数据采集与处理的并行运行,提高了整个检测系统的实时性。最后完成了对实验结果数据的存储、运行曲线显示、报表以及打印输出等功能。
     研制的航空发电机综合测试系统的阻性交流电子负载、测试数据记录计算机系统等部分设备已经投入使用。系统运行稳定、可靠,基本达到了预期的功能和精度指标。
This paper introduces an Aero-Generator testing system. Integrating virtual instrument technology with microcontroller technology, the system completes the test of regulation project and the recode of operation condition for Aero-Generator. The test system not only can use on test, regular check and fault detection for Aero-Generator, but also can apply to the normal mechatronics detection system.
     The hardware of this system is made of 3 parts. They are AC electronic load module, data acquisition and storage module, and data transmission module. Considering different equipment and practical need of simulation on the ground, an AC electronic load system has been designed for the Aero-Generator basing on PWM Technology, MCU and high power. In provide of satisfying the users, basing on MCU, an airborne data acquisition system has been designed to count the real time gathering circuit. In order to satisfy the need of high speed data storage for airborne equipment, an application system has been designed with 16MB storage capacity basing on MCU. The data transmission module has also been designed to satisfy the data transfer with the controlling software and hardware. Can bus transformation RS-232 bus has been used in the transmission module. Meantime, we design two kinds of power supply module and analyze the anti-disturbance design of system.
     Taking Lab Windows/CVI 6.0 as developing tool, the Aero-Generator software system is designed, realizing the control of AC electronic load, data collection and record. The software of this system solves the problems and improves the nature for the ant jamming by human. Meanwhile the technology of multi-threading can be used to realize the concurrent processing and improve the ability of real-time. In the end, this paper accomplishes the function of effective data storage, printing testing reports and characteristic curve, and so on.
     The AC electronic load, data collection, and recording module have been deployed. The system which runs stably and reliably achieves the expected functions and precisions.
