南通燃料公司石油经营战略研究

摘要
2001年底，中国通过多年努力，正式加入世贸组织。按照世贸组织的游戏规
则和入世谈判过程中我国作出的一系列开放市场的承诺，中国石油化工行业目前的
经营格局将改变，市场化、全球化将成为不可逆转的潮流。
本论文以此为背景，着眼于“通燃石油”的未来，以现代企业战略理论，详尽、
深刻地分析了“通燃石油”的外部环境和内部环境，找出企业目前存在的机会与威
胁，结合分析企业的优势、劣势等方面的因素，确定企业的战略目标，并选择对企业
适用的战略类型和组合，并最终确定具体的战略实施方案。
After several year's hard working, China has formly become one of the members of WTO by the end of 2001. According to the rules of WTO and a serial of the promises to open market which we have made in the course of negotiation, the current pattern of management of petroleum and chemical industry of China will change a lot.Marketlization and globalization will become the irreversible current trend.
Based on these situation, this paper focuses on the future of "Nantong petroleum" and profoundly analyses external and internal environment of "Nantong petroleum" in detail according to the strategic theory of modern cooperation. It has found the opportunities and threats which now exsist in cooperations. With analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the cooperation, it determined the strategic goal of the cooperation and chose the suitable strategic type and combination and finally it determined the specific implementation project.

胁，结合分析企业的优势、劣势等方面的因素，确定企业的战略目标，并选择对企业
适用的战略类型和组合，并最终确定具体的战略实施方案。
