断奶仔猪行为工程学灰色评价与研究

摘要
家畜行为学与养猪业相结合的时代已经到来,伴随着养猪生产的蓬勃发展,这种
    趋势越来越明显。饲养设备是养猪场不可缺少的机械设备,它对养猪生产具有重要影
    响,也是养猪生产的重要外部环境因素之一。本研究针对断奶仔猪饲养过程中的典型
    行为及关键时期,应用单片机控制的多点温度测量装置,实现了对仔猪保温设备内空
    间18点温度的连续测量,分析和研究了保温设备内温度分布情况,并结合育成期内仔
    猪行为的观测结果,应用灰色系统理论从家畜行为工程学角度进一步分析和研究了断
    奶仔猪保温设备内的主要系统因素─温度对系统运行行为─仔猪行为的影响;同时对
    传统饲养方法下饲养的仔猪行为也进行了分析和研究,并与保温设备内的仔猪行为进
    行了较为全面的对比,进而对两种饲养方法进行了分析和评价。另外还对保温设备内
    仔猪的躺卧、争斗等主要行为采用多种灰色模型进行了模拟、预测及决策。试验研究
    结果主要是采用灰色系统理论并结合试验设计完成的,并集成了本研究的行为工程学
    灰色评价系统。该系统采用Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具,可运行在Windows95/98
    环境下。

    The times to combine the behavior study of domestic animal with swine production has come, and it's tendency is becoming more and more obvious with the vigorous development of the swine production.. The raising equipment is the essentially machanical equipment in swine production, and it is one of the environmental factors which have effect on the development of swine production.The study aimed at the tipical behavior and critical time of raising weaned piglets. Using the single-chip computer to control the multi-spot thermometer, we have realized the continuous ineasurment which is the temprature of 18 spots inside the keeping warm equipment. In the process of the study , we analysed the temprature distribution pattern inside the keeping warm equipment and combined it with the behavior investigation of piglets, then we applied the grey system theory to analyse the effect on moving behavior of system (piglets' behavior) which caused by the main factors of system(temprature and humidity). At the same time, the behavior of the piglets raised inside the conventional raising equipment was analysed and studied, it was compared with the behavior of the piglets raised inside the keeping warm equipment from overall angle. We analysed and studied the two raising methods. Furthemore, we applied 12 grey models to simulate and forecast the lying and fighting behavior of the piglets raised inside the keeping warm equipment , then made a strategic decision. The results of experiment study are finished by applying grey system theory and experiment design, the grey evaluation system of the behavior engineering was formed, the system is developed with Visual
    Basic 6. 0 under Wi ndows95/98.
