大批量定制原理与若干关键技术研究

摘要
本文对大批量定制进行了系统研究,初步建立了大批量定制的总体技术体系,提出了大批量定制的原理,研究了大批量定制的若干关键技术,以企业生产实际为背景,对大批量定制进行了应用研究。
     第一章对大批量定制产生的背景进行了阐述,对大批量定制生产模式的国内外研究现状进行了综述,给出了本论文的主要研究内容以及论文的整体框架结构。
     第二章对大批量定制进行了总体研究,总结了大批量定制的各种不同分类方法,分析了大批量定制的市场定位,论述了大批量定制的不同实现方式,提出了大批量定制技术体系的总体框架和大批量定制的基本思路。
     第三章阐述了大批量定制的外部多样化与内部多样化策略,提出了大批量定制的工程学原理、经济学原理和管理学原理。讨论了相似性与重用性的关系以及相似性与重用性的全局性改进,给出了总成本思想的原理模型。
     第四章提出了一种面向大批量定制的产品族开发设计方法。讨论了大批量定制的客户需求特点以及面向客户需求的模块化开发策略,论述了基于事物特性表技术的产品建模方法和定制产品的快速设计方法,提出了一种产品数据模型视图映射的矩阵描述方法。
     第五章给出了面向大批量定制管理技术的总体框架,提出了基于产品族粗结构的复杂ETO产品的粗生产计划制订方法,论述了基于复杂网络的零部件通用性分析方法,提出了基于CBR和SML的零件工时估算方法。
     第六章提出了航天重大型号供应链的大批量定制策略。总结了工业汽轮机的模块化开发方法、产品及其零部件的建模方法、定制产品的快速设计方法和生产管理方法。阐述了服装大批量定制的形式与实现方法,讨论了服装大批量定制的开发设计方法和生产管理方法。
     第七章对全文研究内容进行了总结,提出了相关领域的研究方向。
In this dissertation a systematic research has been made on mass customization. The technology system for mass customization is established at a preliminary level. The principle of mass customization is presented respectively in the fields of engineering, economics and management. Some key technologies on mass customization are studied. Application research is made on the basis of practical production of enterprises for mass customization.
    The marketing and technical backgrounds of mass customization are analyzed in Chapter 1. The current situation of research for mass customization both at home and abroad is summarized. The main contents and total framework of this dissertation are presented.
    Mass customization is discussed as a whole in Chapter 2. The taxonomy of mass customization is given. The market positioning is analyzed. The different kinds of way to mass customization are discussed. The technology framework and basic process to implement mass customization are presented.
    The external and internal diversifications are discussed in Chapter 3. The principles of engineering, economics and management are present. The relationship between similarity and reusability as well as the improvement of similarity and reusability are discussed. Model of total cost rule is given.
    A development and design method is presented in Chapter 4. Customer requirements and modularization strategy are discussed. SML-based modeling technique and rapid design method of a customized product are illuminated. A mapping matrix between two views of a product data model is presented.
    Chapter 5 gives the general management technology system for mass customization, presents the working-out approach of the possible production plan, discusses an universality analysis method of parts for product family based on complex network, presents a evaluating method of part machining hour based on CBR and SML.
    Chapter 6 presents the mass customization strategy for SCM of aerospace grand types, summarizes modularized development, modeling of parts, rapid design and production management method of industrial steam turbine, analyses different kinds of implementing of mass customization in apparel field, discusses development and design method of apparel mass customization.
    Chapter 7 reviews the achievements and innovations of this dissertation, gives necessary further research work and a future direction on relevant research fields.
