电子企业绿色供应链构建及运行机制研究

摘要
上个世纪以来电子企业得到了迅速的发展,为人类提供了巨大的物质财富,与此同时电子企业所产生的废弃物对环境所造成的污染也日益严重,这与人类自身永续生存与发展的要求是相违背的。在全球倡导“绿色环保”理念的大环境下,消费者迫切要求电子企业通过各种方法降低对环境的污染,实现生产经营活动的绿色化,因此,研究电子企业绿色供应链的构建问题,具有重大的理论和现实意义。
     本论文以绿色供应链与绿色供应链管理的相关研究成果为理论基础,对电子企业绿色供应链的构建以及电子企业绿色供应链的运行机制的问题进行了研究。其中,第一部分分析了电子废弃物对环境的影响,指出了电子企业构建绿色供应链的意义;第二部分介绍了国内外绿色供应链的研究现状;第三部分首先对供应链、绿色供应链、电子企业绿色供应链的概念进行了界定,然后叙述和分析了电子企业绿色供应链构建的驱动因素、绿色供应链构建的操作流程、绿色供应商选择的操作流程;第四部分介绍和分析了电子企业绿色供应链正常运行的政策导向机制、合作机制、信息共享机制以及风险防范机制。第五部分对本文的主要观点、创新之处以及不足之处进行了总结,并指出了以后的研究方向。
The rapid development of electronic enterprises since last century has produced enormous social and economic wealth, meanwhile its negative impact on environment has been much more serious than ever. To maintain a sustainable development for human beings requires the growth of electronic enterprises to be compatible with the environment. Under the new concept of "green environmental protection" worldwide, the consumers urge electronic enterprises to reduce the environmental pollution through various means during production and business activities to achieve their commitment to the natural society. Therefore, the study on electronic enterprise construct green supply chain is of great theoretical and practical significance.
     Based on the theory of green supply chain and green supply chain management, the paper studies the construction of the electronic enterprise green supply chain as well as the operating mechanism of electronic enterprise green supply chain. The first part of the paper analyzes the negative impact on environment from electronic waste; and points out the significance of constructing the green supply chain in electronic enterprises; the second part introduces current research situation on green supply chain both internationally and domestically. The third part of the paper first confirms the definition of supply chain, green supply chains and electronic enterprises' green supply chain; then analyzes the driving factors of constructing green supply chain in electronic enterprises, the flow of composing green supply chain and the selection of green supplier. The forth part introduces the mechanism of electronic enterprises' green supply chain, including policy guiding mechanism, cooperation mechanism, information sharing mechanism and risk guarding mechanism. The last part concludes the paper's main idea, innovations and inadequacy, and points out the direction of future research.
