PDM在企业实施过程中的应用研究

摘要
随着先进制造技术研究与应用的不断深入,产品数据管理(PDM)已成为企业信息化的重要组成部分。产品设计过程中,大量的产品数据能够通过PDM充分分享,解决了自动化孤岛之间的问题。作者通过所参与的PDM、CAPP项目,提炼出PDM实施中具有企业特色的问题,对于PDM几项关键技术进行了比较深入的研究,所做的主要工作有:
     第一章介绍了PDM概念的定义,简要介绍了PDM的由来及发展历史,以及PDM的具体功能模块、PDM最新技术及发展趋势。
     第二章介绍了企业标准化的准备工作:建立分类编码体系。PDM与标准化密切相关,充分体现在PDM的实施过程中。在企业信息化实施之前做好标准化工作具有重要意义。
     第三章介绍了PDM系统中输出BOM的方法。各种BOM在基于PDM框架的集成制造系统中起着联系工程设计和工艺设计的作用,至关重要,几乎反映了产品整个生命周期过程。
     第四章作者在借鉴前人的研究成果并参与CAPP实施的基础上,阐述了CAPP与PDM的集成方式和集成内容。PDM系统中企业资源的有效共享与重用,在CAD应用现状下充分发挥CAPP的系统功能,提高CAPP系统实用化、专业化、通用化一直是PDM与CAPP集成的研究方向。
     第五章介绍了作者参与的凯士达信息技术有限公司PDM实施,以及作者在参与多个PDM实施项目之后的理解和体会。企业实施PDM系统是期望提高产品开发的效率,缩短产品上市的时间,进而提高企业在市场上的竞争力,然而较高的不成功率却让企业和软件公司不得不反思实施方法和应注意的问题。
With continues development of the research and application of advanced manufacturing technology, PDM has become the most important part of enterprises' informalization. During the process of new product designing, PDM make the product data abundantly shared, consequently solve the problem of automative detached island. By taking part in several PDM and CAPP projects, the author abstracted some specific problems occurred in different enterprises and make a deep research on the key technology of the PDM.
    The first chapter introduces the concept, the origin and the history of PDM in brief and introduces its functional model, the latest technology and developing trends.
    The second chapter introduces the preparing work for enterprises' standardization-create the classifying coding system. PDM is closely relative with standardization, fully embodied in the implementary process. Completing the standardization before the implementary process is significant.
    The third chapter introduces the method of exporting BOM. Different BOM plays an important part in the systematic integrating designing with processing based on PDM framework, which almost reflect the whole lifecycle of products.
    The fourth chapter introduces the method and content of integrating PDM with CAPP on the basis of the relative experts research and taking part in implementing a CAPP project. The sharing and reusing of enterprises' resource in PDM can play a more effective part of CAPP systematic function in current CAD application. Increasing CAPP systematically practical, professional and universal function has always been the main research of integrating PDM with CAPP.
    The fifth chapter introduces the details of author's independently implementing PDM project in Changsha CADSTAR information technology,Ltd. and the author's understanding and experience after taking part in several PDM projects. The expectation of enterprises' implementing PDM is to increase the efficiency of product designing, shorten the product outputting cycle and increase the enterprises' competitiveness in result, but the high failure rate make the enterprises and software companies have to reconsider the implementary method and key problems.
