激光威胁告警器加装USB通信接口的设计与实现

摘要
在当今先进武器平台的自卫系统中,激光威胁告警器作为挂接在武器平台自卫系统上的一种威胁传感器,与自卫系统中央控制机共用一个显示屏,并在中央控制机的控制下进行工作。在告警器交付系统联调前,就需要用一台PC机代替自卫系统的中央控制机来控制告警器的工作,从而完成告警器在实验室的调试、测试。不同的武器平台对告警器与中央控制机之间的通信接口的要求不同,为了便于进行告警器的实验室调试与测试工作,并且提高告警器与PC机之间的数据传输速度,我们采用通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)技术实现告警器与PC机之间的通信接口。
    告警器通过USB电缆连接到PC机。在进行实验室调试测试时,操作者通过PC机用户界面上的各个命令按钮向告警器发送各种命令,实现对告警器的控制。告警器根据不同的控制命令,进入不同的工作状态,得到不同的结果数据报文(设备状态信息报文、侦收结果信息报文和调机结果信息报文)。这些结果数据将被显示在PC机用户界面上。
    本论文在介绍了激光威胁告警器的通信方式的基础上,针对其在实验室进行调试与测试的具体需要,提出了在激光威胁告警器上加装USB通信接口模块的实现方案;详细介绍了采用美国CYPRESS公司的EZ-USB FX系列芯片作为核心器件的USB通信接口模块的设计与实现,包括模块硬件设计、模块的固件和主机端应用软件开发的技术细节,并且对USB通信接口模块的调试与测试做了相当的描述。
     本文针对激光威胁告警器在实验室调试测试的具体需要,利用USB技术,实现了PC机与告警器之间的通信接口。这样,在实验室调试测试时,既做到了与自卫系统对告警器与中央控制机之间通信接口的要求无关,又简化了测试人员的操作,提高了工作效率。
In present weapon platform, a laser warning device is act as a danger sensor in the self-protective system of the weapon platform. The laser warning device shares the screen with central controller of the self-protective system and works under the control of the central controller. Before the laser warning device is delivered to take system debug, it needs a personal computer to replace the central controller. This computer is used to control the laser warning device to implement its debugging and testing. Because different weapon platform needs different communication interface between the laser warning device and the central controller, in order to implementing the device's debugging and testing conveniently, we use Universal Serial Bus technology to achieve this communication interface.
    The laser warning device attaches to the USB through the USB port on the personal computer. When the operator wants to debug and test the laser warning device in the laboratory, he or she presses a button of the GUI to send a control order. The laser warning device receives this control order, and then enters into the corresponding work status. Finally, the data of this debugging and testing will registered on the GUI.
    Firstly, this thesis describes the communication pattern of the laser warning device. According to the needs to debug and test the device in laboratory, I bring up a scheme for adding a USB communication interface module in the laser warning device. Then I describe how to design and implement this module. The module uses the EZ-USB FX series chipset made by CYPRESS as the central component. I give the technique details of the module hardware design, firmware design and software design in the host side. I also describe how to debug and test this module.
    This scheme will not only simplify work during debugging and testing the laser warning device in laboratory, and improve work efficiency, but also have nothing to do with the communication interface defined by the self-protective system of the weapon platform.
