未成年人道德教育个体适应性研究

摘要
未成年人是祖国未来的建设者，是中国特色社会主义事业的接班人。目前，我国18岁以下的未成年人约有3.67亿，占总人口的28％。他们的道德状况如何，直接关系到中华民族的整体素质，关系到国家前途和民族命运。加强未成年人道德教育具有重大的意义。随着社会主义市场经济的深入与时代的发展，未成年人道德发展呈现了一些新的情况，那么，未成年人道德教育能否适应这种变化，加强道德教育的针对性、提高教育的有效性呢?这就涉及到未成年人道德教育个体适应性的问题。目前，对道德教育个体适应性的研究起步较晚，尚未形成成熟的理论，对未成年人道德教育个体适应性进行研究的几乎为零。本文的研究，一方面能在一定程度上丰富未成年人道德教育的理论，另一方面对提高未成年人道德教育的针对性和有效性，发展未成年人道德水平，从而培养出全面发展的未成年人具有莫大的意义。
未成年人道德教育个体适应性，是指未成年人道德教育必须遵循未成年人道德发展规律，适应未成年人生理心理及其道德品质发展的特点及需要，通过教育和引导，将社会的要求转化为未成年人个体的需要、动机和行为品质，使其形成相应的道德生活能力。它要求未成年人道德教育，必须遵循未成年人道德品质形成发展的规律，必须针对未成年人生理心理及其道德品质发展的特点，必须适应未成年人道德发展水平。当前，我国未成年人道德教育个体适应性状况不容乐观，主要问题表现在：重视未成年人道德教育的规范性，忽视未成年人个体的发展性，不适应未成年人道德发展规律的要求；教育内容缺乏开放性、针对性，不适应未成年人道德发展水平的要求；教育途径方法的机械性、静态性和单向性，不能“与时俱进”，不适应未成年人生理心理及其道德发展的特点。笔者认为，要从树立“现代化”德育理念，培养和塑造未成年人的道德主体意识，设置符合未成年人特点的道德教育内容，综合运用咨询式与讨论式道德教育方法，优化未成年人道德教育环境等方面入手，创新未成年人道德教育，增强未成年人道德教育的个体适应性。
The minor is a builder in the future of the motherland, and a successor of the socialist cause of distinct Chinese characteristics. At present, minors under the age of 18 of our country are nearly 367 million, which accounts for 28% of total population. How their moral state is concerns the whole quality of Chinese nation directly, and national future and destiny. Strengthening minor's moral education has great meanings. With the development of socialist market economy and the times, minor's morals development has presented some new changes, then, will minor's moral education meet those changes, strengthen the pertinence of moral education, and increase the validity of it? This involves the individual adaptability of minor's moral education. At present, the study on individual's adaptability of moral education has started relatively late and has not formed the ripe theory yet. The study on the individual adaptability of minor's moral education is nearly zero. The research of this text, on the one hand, can enrich the theory of minor's moral education to a certain extent, on the other hand, it has great meanings to pertinence and validity improving minor's moral education on the other hand, develop minor's moral level, train all-round developing minor.
The individual's adaptability of minor's moral education, means minor's moral education must follow minor's morals rule of development, meet the characteristic and need of minor's physiological psychology and moral character development, through education and guidance, turn the request of society into minor's need ,motive and behavior quality of individual , make them form corresponding morals viability. It requires minor's moral education, must follow minor morals morality form law of development, must direct against minor's characteristic of physiological psychology and ethical morality development, must meet minor's morals development level. At present, the individual adaptability state of minor's moral education in our country allows of no optimist, the subject matter
shows: Pay attention to minor moral education regulatory , ignore minor individual expansionary, do not meet the needs of rule of development of minor's morals ; The educational content lacks the opening , pertinence, does not meet the needs of minor's morals development level ; The machinery , static behavior and one-way of the educational way method , can't grow with each passing hour, can't adapt to the characteristics of minor's physiological psychology and his morals development. The author thinks, should train and mould minors' morals subject consciousness from establishing the moral idea of modernization, set up the moral education content which accords with minor's characteristic, use the consulting type and discussion moral education method synthetically, optimize the respects, such as minor's moral education environment, etc. to start with, innovative minor's moral education, strengthen the individual adaptability of minor's moral education.
