摘要
房地产金融业务是建设银行的一项传统业务,该项业务的发展为建设银行带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。但是近年来,各商业银行纷纷将房地产金融业务作为工作重点,建行在房地产金融业务领域的传统地位受到前所未有的挑战。因此,战略管理成为建行哈尔滨市分行房地产金融业务发展的首要问题。
本论文开篇介绍了论文写作背景、意义和国内外研究状况以及企业战略管理和房地产金融的相关理论,继而研究了建行哈尔滨市分行的历史发展及现状。在对建行哈尔滨市分行新时期经营所面临的外部环境及内部资源条件分析后,明确了分行新时期的企业经营使命及建行哈尔滨市分行房地产金融业务的战略发展目标,最后提出了实现战略目标的战略重点以及实现战略目标的措施。
论文以理论与实践相结合的方法,对建行哈尔滨市分行房地产金融业务的新时期战略进行了系统研究,使战略管理在实践中具有可操作性,对建行哈尔滨市分行今后发展将起重要作用。
Real-estate financial business is a traditional business of Construction Bank, the development of this business has provided great economic and social effection . But in recent years , the real-estate financial business has been taken as the important work by all of commercial banks. Construction Bank has faced more challenges in this traditional field . As the matter of fact , strategy management is the most import purpose to the Harbin branch .
At the beginning of the paper, the background and significance of the paper is introduced , and referent researches and theories on srategy management and real-estate financial business are discussed . After analyzing the outside environment and inside resources of the Harbin branch of Construction Bank , we have the corporation operation mission and development stategic objectives of the Harbin branch of Construction Bank in the new economic conditions . And the strategic stresses and measures to realize the corporation operation mission and development strategic objectives are offered .
This paper researches the development strategy of the Harbin branch with systematic study , combining theories and practice organically. So the strategy management measures offered are manipulatable . It will promote the development of the Harbin branch of Construction Bank.
