基于SPC的电子元器件生产过程质量控制系统的研究

摘要
现代企业要求生存和发展,甚至参与国内和国际竞争,产品的质量是至关重要的,它是企业的生命。影响企业产品质量的因素很多,有来自企业自身和外部因素的影响。外部因素主要是企业输入件(即原材料、外购、外协件)质量的影响。内部因素主要是生产过程质量的影响。因此,控制原材料、外购、外协件质量,选择合格的分供商,对他们进行全面质量评价,加强对产品生产过程的质量控制已成为现代企业质量管理中的重要内容。
     质量是企业的根本,生产过程是产品质量的直接形成过程,而SPC(Statistical Process Control)利用统计学方法对质量进行有效控制,是当前国际上质量管理方面较为先进并流行的方法,因此对基于SPC的生产过程质量控制系统进行了研究和开发。本文对该系统的结构框架等进行了构建和规划,并重点对质量管理中常用的一些统计工具进行了研究。
     本文在对统计过程控制(SPC)理论深入研究的基础上,充分借鉴国内外企业生产现场管理的经验,结合国内电子元器件行业的生产过程的特点,对基于SPC的生产过程质量控制系统进行了设计、开发。对系统的总体方案进行了设计,包括本系统质量控制的技术流程、核心评价技术、系统体系结构的设计、系统架构及应用拓扑图的设计,以及系统数据库的设计;对系统的功能模块进行了详细的划分;对一些关键技术如质量控制方法、质量诊断模块的实现进行了研究;对系统界面进行了设计,并将SPC方法在实际生产过程质量控制中加以应用。
     本文所形成的基于SPC的电子元器件生产过程质量控制系统软件界面友好、结构设计合理、功能模块比较完善,系统设计符合最初的设计意图。
Modern enterprise need to live and develop,even join in the civil and international competition, the quality of product is most important, which is the life of enterprise. Many factors affect the quality of enterprise’s product, they come from the enterprise itself and outer factors. Outer factors primarily are the effect of the enterprise’s goods inwards(That is material,outsourcing). Inner factors primarily are the effect of quality of manufacture process. Therefore,it is important content in the quality management of modern enterprise that controlling material、outsourcing,selecting qualified purchasers and performing the all-round quality valuation,strengthening the quality control of product manufacture process is the most important part of quality management in all enterprises.
     Quality, to some extent, is the life line of an enterprise,and the quality of production is formed in the produce process. As SPC (Statistical Process Control) controls quality efficiently by using statistical methods and it is advanced and more popular method on the current international, it is necessary to research and develop a SPC-based quality control system in manufacture process in order to control the quality of the productions. In this paper, the framework of the system was built and planned, then the function model is designed after took account of factors such as man、machine、material、method、environgment and measure. Especially common statistic tools in quality management are studied.
     Firstly, the Statistical Process Control (SPC) theory and its application methods were introduced briefly,and the characteristic of production line was considered in the transmission Plant,then,The Quality Control System in Manufacture Process Based on SPC was developed in this dissertation. The system design of the overall program, including the technical processes, the core evaluation technologies, the system architecture, the application topology, and the system functional modules have been design in detail; and the database was designed; the key technologies such as quality control methods, quality diagnostic module was studied; meanwhile the system interface wass designed, and SPC methods had been applied in quality control in the actual manufacture process
     For the Quality Control System in Manufacture Process Based on SPC software of the transmission Plant,its interfaces are friendly,the design method is scientific,the analysis processing is detailed,and the conclusion is right by some examples,the Quality Control System in Manufacture Process Based on SPC achieves all original design requirement,and it can be adopt to the production quality control of the corporation.
