制造信息化中的CAPP

摘要
本文在全面分析了传统工艺的发展和不足的基础上,研究了制造信息化环境下CAPP系统的建模和工艺的表达方法。通过模块间的结构重构和模块的功能重用,建立了系统框架模型,实现了系统信息化制造。为了更好地解决零件信息输入,根据零件的几何特点以及企业的现状和实际情况将基于成组技术的分类编码和基于特征的方位描述法结合起来,使零件信息输入更加简洁,迅速。将基于成组技术的分类编码和基于特征的方位描述法结合起来的零件信息输入法,不但反映了工艺规程动态性,而且实现了CAPP工艺规程数据与生产管理数据表达的一致和统一性,为实现CAPP的工艺过程和生产过程的集成和整体优化提供了有效的方法。
     在常规工艺决策和专家系统的基础上,针对CAPP与CAM的集成,通过对CAPP系统的体系结构进行本质上的研究,把CAPP系统内部具有通用性的实现机制提取出来,使他们独立于零件和工厂制造环境的具体情况,增加系统对不同零件或不同企业的适应性。同时,通用模型的研究还有利于缩短新的CAPP系统开发的周期,减少开发中的重复劳动,也可便于系统的维护和扩展。
     在上述系统模型、工艺表示模型与集成优化模型的基础上,借助于特征造型、工艺决策等技术开发了制造信息化CAPP系统,通过测试验证了上述模型及其算法的正确性。信息化建模和零件信息输入方法的研究为CAPP系统的开发与应用提供了技术保证。
This text has been analysed in an all-round way On the development of the traditional craft and insufficient foundation, Study information-based environment CAPP modeling and expression side of the craft system. Structure among module construct again and function of module put in an position, set up systematic frame model, the informationization of the implementation system is made. In order to better solve inputing information of the part Is it combine according to geometry characteristic and current situation and actual conditions of enterprise of part based on group technology classification with the position description based on characteristic to encode Stand up. Make the information of the part input more succinct , fast. Encode based on group technology classification and based on characteristic position part message that description conbine together import to the law, reflect craft rules dynamics , realize CAPP craft rules data and production management unanimous and unity that datum express, For realize craft of CAPP course and production process integrate and global optimization offer the valid method.
    On the basis of routine craft decision and expert system, direct against the integration of CAPP and CAM, through that structure go on in essence to study system to CAPP have by system, with commonability realization mechanism is it come out to draw CAPP system, make they independent of the part and factory manufacturing environment concrete conditions , increase between system and adaptability of different part or different enterprise. Meanwhile, in common use research of model is it shorten new CAPP cycle that system developed to help also, reduce the repetition while developing and work, can benefit systematic maintenance and expansion
    On the basis of the thing that above-mentioned system models , crafts show models with integrating model of optimizing, develop information-based CAPP system with the aid of characteristic modelling , craft person who make policy technology, is it is it prove above-mentioned model and his exactness of the algorithm to test to pass. Information-based modeling and part information input research of method offer the technological assurance for development and application of CAPP system.
