伪斜工作面综采技术研究

摘要
大倾角煤层综采技术是采煤技术研究的一个重要课题,近年来的研究已经取得了长足进展,但仍然存在很多问题。采用伪斜工作面布置是降低工作面倾角,使综采能够用于更大倾角煤层,并能取得良好效果的一种有效途径。本文就大倾角煤层采用伪斜工作面布置以及使用综采工艺的相关问题进行了研究,为在大倾角煤层中进一步推广应用综采提供了依据和指出了发展方向。
     本文采用数学分析和力学分析的方法,对伪斜工作面综采技术进行研究,主要研究内容包括:
     (1)建立了伪斜工作面主要参数与煤层倾角之间的关系,在定义工作面开采效率的基础上,结合实际对一些主要参数进行分析,给出了取值范围,确定了伪斜工作面布置的适应条件。
     (2)伪斜工作面支架的布置方式有两种:一是支架沿走向布置;二是支架垂直工作面布置,针对以上支架两种布置方式在伪斜工作面应用中存在的问题进行分析,分别提出解决方案:一是改变支架结构;二是改变移架方式。
     (3)分析伪斜工作面布置在传统井田划分、开采巷道布置应用中存在三角煤问题的基础上,提出了井田划分的采区边界沿伪斜划分、开采巷道中的采区上山沿伪斜布置等技术方案。
The fully mechanized mining technology of deeply inclined coal seams is an important subject of coal mining technology study.Although the study has been made considerable progress in recent years, many problems still exist. The workface arranged with pseudo-oblique is an effective way to reduce the working face dip angle, make the fully mechanized mining technology to fit more steeply dipping seam, and achieve good results.
     This paper studied on the deeply inclined coal seams workface arranged with pseudo-oblique and some related issues about using the fully mechanized mining technology. It also provided the basis and pointed out the development direction about using the fully mechanized mining technology into deeply inclined coal seams.
     This paper using mathematical analysis and mechanical analysis methods , studied on the fully mechanized mining technology with pseudo-oblique, The main study contents are as follows:
     (1)Established the relationship between the main parameters of pseudo-oblique workface and the angle of coal seam, based on defineing the conception of the recovery efficiency, combined with the analyzed results of some main parameters , given the range of the value and determined the adaptive conditions of layout the pseudo-oblique workface.
     (2)There are two styles of the supporting arranged in pseudo-oblique workface: one is the supporting arranging strike the coal mine, two is the supporting arranging plumbed the workface. according to the exist problem of the two supporting style using in the pseudo-oblique workface, adopted two projects: project one is changing the technology of moving the hydraulic support, project two is changing the manner of moving the hydraulic support.
     (3) Based on analyzing the tradition carve up working field ,confirmed the demarcate manner which suit for mining with pseudo-oblique workface, established diagonal rise which suit for pseudo-oblique workface, thereby made it convenience passerby; improve the transport efficiency, predigested the desinence work.
