工厂系统节能工程设计

摘要
随着节能减排的理念深入人心,工厂系统节能工程的规划设计及能源管理已越来越被企业所关注,但是工厂的节能是一个复杂的系统工程,所涉及技术领域较多,目前工厂系统节能的规划和设计在工程上尚不具备一套完整的技术体系。
     本文在分析工厂主要设备(供配电系统、照明系统、动力供应等)结构及其耗能特性的基础上,详细进行了设备功耗计算,提出了节能设计原则和改造技术方案,如:基于变压器有功功率损耗分析、无功功率能耗分析及线路损耗分析提出供配电系统节能方案。同时进行了传统用电设备的缺陷分析,提出了替换原则的计算方法,以及采用新型能源集热装置代替燃油锅炉供应热水等设计计算方法。
     课题提出并建立的系统节能工程方案已经在3M工厂得到应用与验证。通过本课题项目的实施,证实了工厂动力供应系统节能工程每年度可节电155万度以上,每年总节能费用达到105万元。凭借这一系统节能工程改造项目使得XXX工厂荣获区级政府“重要节能项目”嘉奖,并因此得到政府专项节能补贴。
     论文在系统节能工程设计方法的基础上,还提出了工厂系统节能的科学管理方案。
With the popularity of the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction, many enterprises have paid much closer attention to the planning, design and management of the energy conservation project in the factory. However, the energy saving in the factory is a complicated system engineering, which involves a varity of fields. At present, there isn't a perfect planning or design in energy saving engineering in the factory system.
     In this paper, it is firstly analyzed the factory main power consumption system: the equipment structure and working principles of the distribution of power system, lighting system and the power supply system, etc. And it is analyzed and calculated on equipment energy consumption in detail. Based on this analysis, the design principles and reconstruction scheme about energy saving has been proposed.For intanse, it can be applied to the update of high loss transformer in power supply system, at the same time, it is studied on traditional equipment defect and provided calculation methods for replacement and design solution for using solar device instead of fuel boilers of hot water supply, etc.
     The method in the topic has get proved and applied in 3M factory.Through the implementation of the project above, the results of the energy conservation project operated in power supply system in the factory show that: it would save more than 1.55 million KWH annually, which equals the energy saving cost of 1.05 million RMB every year. Thanks to this reconstruction project, the XXX factory got the prize of "important energy-saving project", and received specific energy-saving subsidies from governemnt.
     It finally concludes the scientific management method about energy saving in the factory system, which is based on the system energy-saving technical renovation scheme. There will be a good example for renovation plan and management plan in the system energy-saving technology to energy conservation reform in the factory.
