创新问题解决理论(TRIZ)在产品设计领域的应用研究

摘要
设计理论为设计活动提供理论证据,指导设计者进行设计,在产品开发中起着重要的作用。本论文的主要目的是研究创新问题解决理论及其在产品设计中的应用,使产品设计人员摆脱对设计经验的依赖,获得结构化的创新产品概念产生方法。主要工作内容如下:
     1、创新问题解决理论是由解决技术问题和实现创新开发的各种方法、工具和算法组成的问题解决理论。详细分析了该理论的理论基础,基本概念和工具方法,给出了基于TRIZ的创新问题解决基本流程,提出了TRIZ比传统创新思维方法的优势在于通过结构化的方法约束创新解的搜索空间,在理想解的指引下,得到创新问题的最优解。
     2、产品概念设计是产品设计的第一步,阐述了产品概念设计的概念、特点以及发展趋势。并应用TRIZ的相关工具算法建立了一个集成创新概念设计模型,分析了模型的各个应用步骤,并对相应的TRIZ工具进行了改进,最后给出了案例分析证明了所提模型的有效性。
     3、不同背景下发展起来的设计理论各有自己适合的应用领域,新技术的发展,产品开发变得越来越复杂,而上市时间和产品生命周期却越来越短,这使得单一的设计理论无法满足产品设计的要求,因此需要把不同设计理论中的设计工具集成为统一的设计模型以适应产品设计过程中的各阶段。对公理化设计和TRIZ理论进行了分析比较,探讨了其内在的联系和区别,建立了一个产品概念设计过程集成模型,最后给出了应用案例,案例显示,模型能够缩短创新概念的产生时间。
     4、随着产品的日趋同质化,仅仅依靠功能的创新已经不能适应激烈的市场竞争。基于此,必须考虑消费者的情感要素,即进行情感性能创新,分析了消费者决策心理的变化及情感设计的基本特点,指出TRIZ理论主要应用于产品的结构创新,必须结合工业设计进行情感创新才能赢得竞争。
     5、信息技术革命的到来使得企业信息系统的应用变得普遍,但是也带来了各种概念的混乱,使得企业的选择产生了困难。应用TRIZ的技术系统演化规律,从演化动力、宏观和微观三个层次分析了软件产品—管理信息系统的发展趋势,为企业和信息系统开发商提供了明确方向。
Design theory provides the theoretical basis for design activities and guides human designers how to accomplishing design, and plays an important role in product development. The goal of this dissertation is to study The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving and apply it on product design, and make designers get rid of the dependence of design experience and achieve the structured method for innovative product concept. The main content as following:
     1. The theory of inventive problem solving consists of many methods, tools and Algorithms to solve technique problem and achieve innovation development. The foundation, basic concept and method of TRIZ are analyzed, and then the problem solving flow is given based the comprehensive analysis. The advantage of TRIZ compared the traditional innovative thinking method is pointed out, which is how to achieve the best problem solution quickly.
     2. The concept design is the first step of product design. The concept, characteristics and development trends of concept design are analysed. Based on the analysis, a intergrated design model is given used the TRIZ tools, every application step is researched particularly, some tools are improved depend the special information. At last, a case is given to test the fessibility of model.
     3. The relations and difference between the axiomatic design theory and TRIZ is compared in detail, and an integration model is established based the two theories. Using the TRIZ tools to find the generic solution, design axiom to verdict the badness or goodness of the solution, the model combined both the strong points of the two theories. Case analysis showed the feasibility and could shorten the searching time markedly.
     4. Gone with the product become same, only depend on the faction innovation is not enough to win in the furious market competition. So, the emotional design becomes a new product design direction and method to win the competition. The basic characteristics of emotional design and customer mind of buying product are analysed, pointed out the intergartion of TRIZ and the theory of emotional design is good direction for innovation design.
     5. Along with the coming of information revolution, the application of MIS becomes universal, but the chaos of many concepts also is appeared and makes the company difficult to choose appropriate MIS software. Based on the direct force, Micro and Macro levels, the evolution trend of MIS is analysed used the TRIZ technology system evolution law, a direction of software is given clearly.
