油脂污水处理工艺研究

摘要
本论文针对长治回民日化厂污水处理项目,对油脂处理的产生、性质、污染物成份作了分析,并结合工程实例,选择了一套技术可靠,工艺合理的污水处理工艺路线。针对该污水处理生化部分主要环节SBR法工艺作了详细的理论探究,主要研究成果如下:
     1.生产污水主要产生于水洗碱炼及皂化工段,废水中有大量的悬浮态和溶解态动物油,脂肪酸、甘油等有机物,具有水量小有机物含量高,可生化性好的特点。
     2.对已实施的油脂污水处理工程实例进行剖析、比较。
     3.针对污水排放标准要求,选择合理的物理(油脂捕集器,气浮)分离、和生物(SBR)法降解相组合的污水处理工艺。
     4.对主要处理构筑物,设备提出了合理的计算方法。
     5.该课题的研究对长治回民的日化厂污水处理施工图的设计作了较好的理论铺垫。
To the wastewater treatment project in Mosslom people daily expenses and chemistry plant in changzhi province,the thesis analysed the pioduce and quality and the ingredient of polluting material of oil-fat wastewater,meanwhile,integrating engineering example, a set of process route line about wastewater treatment was selected,which was dependable in the technology and reasonable in the process. The more detailed theory research was made to the main link of SBR process in biochemical section about wastewater treatment.The main research achievements were as follows:
    1.The produce wastewater was main produced from the alkline cleaning-and-refming and soap chemical engineering segment,the wastewater included a large quantity of organic matter such as suspended, soluble animal oil,fatty acid,glycerin etc,which had many peculiarities such as little water quantity,high organic matter and better biochemical bility.
    2.The analysis and study were made to the oil-fat wastewater treatment engineering example which had been put into effected.
    3.The reasonable wastewater treatment process which was combined by physical separating such as oil-fat captured reactor and air-floating and biological process(SBR) degradation.
    4.The reasonable calculated method was refered to the main disposal buildings
    
    
    and equipments.
    5.The rearch of subject made a better theory cushion to the design of wastewater treatment construction diagram in Mosslom people daily expenses and chemistry plant in changzhi province.
