兴黔煤矿高瓦斯煤层瓦斯抽采方法的研究与应用

摘要
兴黔煤矿属于高瓦斯突出矿井,直接威胁着该矿井的生产安全与工人的生命安全。为此论文对兴黔煤矿的瓦斯抽采技术开展了相应的研究,同时也设计了瓦斯抽采方案,并在实践中对瓦斯的抽采问题进行了进一步地解决。
     该论文研究了兴黔煤矿可采煤层的瓦斯含量及瓦斯分布规律,并在此基础上建立了采空区的上履层顶板裂隙带模型。通过对瓦斯抽采钻孔的研究确定了兴黔煤矿14号煤层采空区上履煤层裂隙带的高度,从而可以进一步证实仰角裂隙的终孔末端高度不可以超出这个高度的2~14m,仰角钻孔终孔距离隔离煤柱的长度为8~38m,在钻场之间的距离为45m时,它的钻孔的直径一般为125m。
     确定了对工作面进行瓦斯抽放的方式,并且还介绍了邻近层倾斜角度钻孔抽采瓦斯、上隅角仰角钻孔抽采瓦斯、对本煤层实行扇形钻孔抽采瓦斯、对工作面采取采空区埋管抽采瓦斯、在掘进过程中进行瓦斯瓦斯等等瓦斯抽采技术及工艺的改进。上述方法的联合使用,在该矿取得了较好的瓦斯抽采效果。
     本论文研究对贵州省织金县矿区瓦斯治理有重要的指导意义,对同类生产矿井也有一定的参考价值。
The gas emission quantity of XingQian coalmine is very large, which immediately threates the production safety of this coal mine and lives safety of all workers.Therefore, a series of studies have been carried out to conduct gas extraction, meanwhile,the scheme of gas extraction have also been devised, ulteriorly solving the problem of gas extraction in practice,which plays an active role in ensuring the safety of XingQian coalmine.
     The author studies the firedamp content and gas regularity of distribution of minable seam in XingQian coalmine,and on which cranny zone distritution of the goaf has been established. Through studying boreholes,so as to ascertain the height of cranny zone in above the goaf of the fourteenth coal seam on XingQian coal mine,thereby confirming that the height of the bore end is no higher than2~14meters about this height, the bottom of the coal seam is8~38meters away the coal pillar,between drill sites,when the distance is45metre,its diameter of borehole is ordinarily125metres.
     At highly gassy mine,the author confirms the way to conduct gas drainage on working face,and also explores the methods of draining gas of the neiboring coal seam with inclination bores, draining the upper corner gas with elevation bores, draining the mining seam gas with fan drilling bores, draining the gas in the goaf with pipe laying, and draining gas during tunnelling roadway are studied systematically in this paper,which acquires good consequence of gas drainage.
     This study of this paper has instructive significance on gas control of ZhiJin diggings,GuiZhou province,which also has reference value on production coal mine of the same kind.
