摘要
在对各类汽轮机组故障进行收集、统计分析的基础上,针对火电厂汽轮机组的故障特点,介绍了几种典型故障,并进行了故障诊断方法及诊断系统研究,同时开发了电厂历史振动故障数据库。工作的主要内容有:
1、研究了故障的模糊诊断方法,以阈值和最大隶属度为判断准则构建了模糊综合诊断模型和模糊分层诊断模型,对故障信号进行诊断。
2、收集大量国内电厂各种汽轮机组的故障实例,建立了历史故障数据库,将它们的故障特征等信息收入到库,为现场人员提供解决故障的实际依据,同时作为模块嵌入到精密诊断系统中,丰富了系统的诊断功能。
3、针对火电厂汽轮机组开发了精密诊断系统。
Based on collection and statistics of the fault-cases of turbines in power plant, the main faults were introduced. Meanwhile, fault diagnosis method and system were studied. And a database of history fault-cases in power plant was developed. The major contents of the paper were as follows:
1 Fuzzy method for the fault diagnosis was researched. The fuzzy diagnosis model and the multiple-layer fuzzy model based on threshold and maximum rules for fuzzy diagnosis were built.
2 The typical fault-cases of rotating machines in power plants were collected. The fault-cases database was developed. It included a lot of information characteristics for the fault and could provide failure solution for operators. The Database was embedded in diagnosis system as a function model.
3 Precision diagnosis system was developed for rotating machines with strong analysis functions for data processing.
