高职院校人事管理信息系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着中国高校人事改革的不断深化,高校人事管理工作也在发生相应的变化。但是目前,我国很多高校的人事管理还在采用传统的方式,造成了高校人力资源搭配的不合理、人事档案管理的混乱、考勤考核的形式化、劳资计算的低效和不公开性,以及整个人事管理的效率不高等问题。本文根据宜春职业技术学院人事处加强人事信息管理计算机化的需要,结合人事管理信息系统的发展现状和人事处的实际情况,着重针对高职院校人事管理信息系统技术手段标准的不规范性和应用形式种类单一性等缺点进行深入的研究,针对高职院校的特点,建立了基于B/S结构的高职院校人事管理信息系统。
     本文分析了管理信息系统开发所需的开发技术和软件工具,采用B/S结构作为本管理信息系统的软件结构,后端采用SQL Server 2000数据库,前端采用JSP进行软件开发。并对江西宜春职业技术学院现行人事管理存在的问题进行了分析,提出了本文所研究的人事管理系统的功能需求和业务流程,用UML对系统各功能模块进行用列分析和典型用例活动图分析,对系统的实体类、控制类和典型的公共类进行设计,根据系统用列模块,给出了整个软件的功能模块。本文用JSP开发语言实现了系统的表示层、业务层、数据层三层结构,并提出了系统的安全性和汉字处理的解决方案。最后对本高职院校管理信息系统进行了单元测试和集成测试,经过测试数据表明本系统能够满足用户需求。
With the deepening of personnel reform in Chinese Universities, the personnel management in universities is also changing correspondingly. However, at present, traditional system of personnel management is still in use, which has lead to the unreasonable collocation of human resources in universities, the disorder of personnel archive, the formalization of attendance-checking system, the low efficiency in labor computation, as well as the low efficiency in the entire personnel management system. According to the requirements of the computerization of personnel affairs in personnel office in Yichun Vocational Technology Institut and the specific features vocational institutes have, this article tries to build a personnel management information system in vocational institutes based on the BS structure. This system takes into consideration the current development of personnel management information system and the actual situation in personnel office. It researches into the problems in the standardization and application of personnel management information system.
     After analyzing the technology and software tools needed in the development of the system, this paper is to build a system on the structure of BS, using SQL the SERVER2000 database as the rear and JSP as the front end to develop the software. Analyzing the problems in the personnel management in Yichun Vocational Technology Institute, this paper will display the functional module of the whole software according to the system module, using UML to analyze the modules in the system, and to design entity type, control type and typical type system. This paper developed the language with PSP to realize the system's triple structure: expression level, the service level, and the data level and proposed a solution to the insecurity of the system and the Chinese character processing program. Finally unit testing and integration testing were done to the system. The result showed that it could satisfy the user's needs.
