ERP软件中的业务流程与BPR的实现研究

摘要
本文从关心民族ERP软件应如何发展和中国实施ERP成功率不高的角度出发，从一流ERP软件SAP R／3着手研究了ERP软件中的业务流程问题，构造了ERP软件如何与企业的业务流程相映射和如何规划企业业务流程的一套体系；讨论了ERP实施中的基础数据收集问题，给出了两条互为补充的基础数据收集方法；结合前人的研究结果和笔者在企业的实习经历，讨论了在中国的环境下与ERP相结合的BPR的两条路径。
This paper, beginning with the world-famous ERP software SAP R/3, studies the business process of ERP software, clarifies the three characteristics of ERP software, and discusses how to construct the business process system of the software and how the system be connected with enterprise entity. With regard to the carrying out of ERP, the thesis provides two methods of basic data collecting which are compensation to each other. As to the phenomenon that ERP are commonly carried out with low success rate in China, the paper makes a deep research into BPR which is closely associated with the operation of ERP, and proposes the suggestion that a proper BPR route should be chosen according to the practical conditions of the enterprise.
