制造型供应链绩效建模分析研究与实践

摘要
传统的供应链绩效评价重在测量绩效结果,从而发现供应链管理现状和存在差距,但是却忽略了对绩效因素关系和绩效结果原因的分析,这使得改善措施缺乏针对性,影响了供应链管理水平的有效提高。区别于传统的供应链绩效评价研究,本文针对如何分析供应链绩效因素之间的相互关联,发现问题产生的原因,找出供应链中一些规律性特征等等需求,系统开展了供应链绩效建模分析理论方法的研究,取得了以下一些研究成果。
     (1)提出了供应链绩效建模分析理论。包括供应链战略绩效管理、供应链绩效建模分析和供应链绩效建模分析工作体系三部分。首先,以供应链战略和供应链绩效概念为基础,提出供应链战略绩效管理的概念并深入分析其内涵,进一步构建供应链战略绩效管理的实施框架并研究其关键实施要素。在此基础上,给出供应链绩效建模分析的基本概念、目的和作用、基本原理和总体框架。最后,提出供应链绩效建模分析工作体系的定义、基本组成和构建方法。
     (2)构建了针对制造型供应链的绩效模型和指标体系。在企业资源基础论和能力论基本观点的基础上,结合制造型供应链的特点,分类研究了制造型供应链中的七大资源和相应能力,分析了制造型供应链绩效的根本产生机制,在此基础上构建了面向分析的制造型供应链绩效模型,并设计了相应的指标体系(包括7个一级指标,15个二级指标,63个三级指标)和数据调查表(包括80个数据采集项),为面向制造企业的供应链绩效数据采集提供了基本工具,也为进一步的绩效分析奠定了基础。
     (3)设计了供应链集成化绩效分析方法。从考虑建模分析原理的基本要求和分析需求的不同层次两方面出发,研究确定供应链绩效分析的主要内容,构建“3+1”供应链集成化绩效分析方法框架,在此基础上提出了一套建议的方法组合方案,分别阐述了各种方法的应用原理和使用步骤,总结出“3+1”供应链集成化绩效分析方法的总体应用步骤,为开展实际的供应链绩效分析提供指导。
     (4)开展了针对国内典型制造型供应链的绩效建模分析实践工作。以本文提出的相关理论方法为依托,对国内某发动机制造企业C公司所在供应链,进行了包括关键指标提炼、因素关联分析、影响路径发现和深层规律挖掘在内的全面绩效分析,最终综合得出整体分析结论并针对性的提出了改善建议。分析过程和改善效果充分证明了本文所提出的理论方法的可行性和有效性。
The traditional supply chain performance evaluation studies focus on measuring performance results in order to find the status quo and gaps of supply chain, but it ignores the performance factors relationships and the reasons of performance results, which makes the lack of targeted improvement measures. Different from the traditional supply chain performance evaluation studies, this paper focuses on how to analyze the relationships between performance interrelated factors, find the causes of the problems, and identify the characteristics or laws in supply chain. Supply chain performance modeling theory and method are discussed in this paper and some results are obtained as follows.
     (1) Supply chain performance modeling and analysis theory. The theory includes supply chain strategy performance management, supply chain performance modeling and analysis and its work system. Firstly, the concept of supply chain strategy performance management is proposed, and the implementation framework of it is established. On this basis, some basic concepts of supply chain performance modeling and analysis are given, including definition, purpose, principle and framework. Finally, the definition, components and establishing methods of supply chain performance modeling and analysis work system are proposed.
     (2) Manufacturing supply chain performance model and its index system. From the points of enterprise resource-based view and enterprise capability-based view, resources and corresponding capacity in the manufacturing supply chain are classified and studied. The fundamental of the manufacturing supply chain performance is analyzed. Then, manufacturing-oriented supply chain performance model is established, and corresponding index system with data questionnaire is designed, which provide the basic tools for further analysis.
     (3) Integrated supply chain performance analysis method. Considering the basic requirements of modeling analysis principle and analysis demand, the main contents of supply chain performance analysis is determined. Then,"3+1" integrated supply chain performance analysis framework is established and one optional method is proposed. The steps of "3+1" integrated supply chain performance analysis method are summarized, in order to guide the actual analysis of the supply chain performance.
     (4) Typical domestic manufacturing supply chain performance modeling and analysis practice. Based on the theory and method proposed in this paper, an overall supply chain performance modeling and analysis work is put in practice into a domestic engine manufacturing enterprise. Analysis process and the improvement results are the proof for the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory proposed in this paper.
