西部民族医药资源开发与产业化研究

摘要
本文以西部民族医药资源开发及产业化发展为主要的研究内容。
民族医药是中华民族灿烂文化的结晶，是中医学以外的中国少数民族在历史上创造的医药成果的总称。数千年来，民族医药为中华民族的繁衍昌盛做出了不可磨灭的贡献，随着“绿色医学”及“回归自然”思潮的兴起，民族医药越来越受到世界的关注。
西部拥有丰富的民族医药天然药物资源及深厚的民族历史文化底蕴，开发潜力巨大、意义重大。开发西部民族地区的医药资源，不仅具有极大的经济价值，而且还有利于弘扬民族文化、增强民族凝聚力，有利于西部地区文化、科技的发展和社会进步。
随着西部大开发战略的实施，以开发天然药物为主的民族医药产业成为我国西部最具吸引力的投资热点之一。文中提出了西部民族医药资源开发是发展西部特色经济的重要内容。民族医药资源开发利于推动特色农业经济、特色旅游经济和日用消费品工业等相关产业的发展，已成为国民收入的重要来源之一，成为西部新的经济增长点。
本文分析了西部民族医药产业的现状、存在问题以及面临着严峻的挑战和难得的机遇，对民族医药产业发展问题作了比较深入的探讨；提出了抓住西部大开发以及加入世贸组织对民族医药产业的促进作用，使民族医药产业成为西部经济和国民经济发展的增长点，是我们应该积极思考和关注的问题。
加速西部民族医药的产业化发展需要提高认识，调整对策，要从振兴西部地区经济的高度认识民族医药产业化的问题，认真贯彻党的民族医药政策，培养民族医药人才，制定科学合理的民族医药发展规划；积极推进西部民族医药产业实行集约化、规模化，实现民族医药资源的可持续发展。
本文从经济的角度来分析民族医药，揭示了民族医药现实的和潜在的经济价值，把民族医药从传统文化提升到西部新的经济增长点，提出了民族医
药资源开发是特色经济的重要物资基础，论证了通过产业化形成西部的优势
产业和支柱产业，推动相关产业的发展，增强西部特色经济。
立足于西部民族医药产业发展的现状，着眼于世界经济发展的未来，把
握当前西部民族医药产业发展的难得机遇，确立西部民族医药产业发展的清
晰思路、原则和目标，制定科学的民族医药产业发展对策，与时俱进，才能
不断提高民族医药产业现代化发展水平。
The major research of this paper is the western ethical medicine and its industrialization development.
Ethical medicine is the outcome of the great culture of Chinese nation. It is a name of all historical medicine outcomes (besides traditional Chinese medicine) of Chinese minority groups. For thousands of years, ethical medicine has made indelible contribution for the prosperousness of Chinese nation. As the thoughts of "green medicine" and "return to nature" are spring up, ethical medicine is more and more concerned by the world.
With abundant natural ethical medicine resources and profound national culture background, the western area of China has great potential and meaning to develop. To develop the ethical medicine resources in the western area has not only great economic value, but also great advantages in carrying forward national culture to unite the nation, and in the development of western area's culture, science and technology and society.
As the stratagem of Developing the West being carried out, the ethical medicine industry with the leading action of developing natural medicine has become one of the most attractive investment hotpots of our country's west area. This paper brings forward that the development of western ethical medicine resources an important content of the development of western characteristic economy. The development of characteristic agricultural economy, tourism, and commodity industry promoted by the development of ethical medicine have become one of the mist important resources of national income and the new economic increasing point.
This paper analyzes the status quo, problems, challenges and opportunities of western ethical medicine industry. It makes a further discussion on the development of ethical medicine and shows the promotion of Developing the West and the entry of WTO to ethical medicine. It is an issue that we should concern and think over.
To speed up the development of ethical medicine, we need to broaden our eyesights and improve our policies. We must think over the issue of the industrialization of ethical medicine from a standpoint of developing western economy, follow out the Party's ethical medicine policy, cultivate ethical medicine talents, make a scientific development plan for ethical medicine, and promote the
concentration and scale, realize the constant development of ethical medicine.
To analyze ethical medicine from a viewpoint of economy, improve ethical medicine from traditional culture to a new economic increasing point of western area and make an argumentation of developing ethical medicine industry as the preponderant and supporting industry of western area through industrialization, is the creation of this paper.
Stand on the status quo of western ethical medicine, set eyes on the future of the development of world's economy, grasp the opportunities and set clear thoughts, rules and target of the development of ethical economy. Only go with time, can we continuously improve the development of ethical medicine.

The major research of this paper is the western ethical medicine and its industrialization development.
Ethical medicine is the outcome of the great culture of Chinese nation. It is a name of all historical medicine outcomes (besides traditional Chinese medicine) of Chinese minority groups.
