植物音频促长装置的研究与设计

摘要
20世纪的化学农业极大地提高了农作物的产量,但随着化肥和农药的过量使用,造成地力衰退、农作物品质下降、环境污染等,严重影响到农业的可持续发展。当前,农业正处于由化学农业向生态农业过渡时期,而物理农业是实现生态农业的主要途径之一,植物声控技术是物理农业的一个重要方面,可以促进植物的生长发育,起到增产、优质、抗病等目的,并且不污染环境。另外,应用该项技术可减少化肥和农药用量,生产绿色食品,满足人类社会可持续发展需求,有着重大的社会效益。
     为了探索声波与植物生长的关系,确定影响植物生长的特定频段,本文设计了一种植物音频促长装置,实现了大功率音频信号的播放。该装置主要由单片机系统、功率放大器、扬声器系统三部分组成。单片机系统以台湾凌阳科技公司最新开发的16位单片机SPCE061A为核心,波形的具体产生是通过两路DAC来产生,凌阳SPCE061A在这方面的设计为我们提供了极大的方便,用它实现的好处在于,外围电路极其简单,另外在DAC的编程方面又提供及其便利的编程环境。软件设计上根据植物音频范围构造了音频函数模型,以此模型为基础,利用凌阳环境提供的数学库函数完成波形的输出。采用日本东芝公司开发的45WBTL音频功率放大器TA8225L,它具有大功率、低失真、低噪音的特点,包含各种保护电路和待机功能,除此之外还有输出端路、过压监测和结温监测保护功能。采用天津天马电子有限公司生产的T-1301扬声器,这款扬声器具有宽频带、高灵敏度、低谐振频率的特点。对功率放大器、扬声器的参数进行了测量与计算,并且根据闭箱箱体理论,运用扬声器参数设计了闭箱箱体,经过测试满足设计的要求。
     在东北农业大学园艺站用该装置对菠菜进行音频处理,研究田A和对照田B两组试验田对比进行,通过对菠菜九项形态指标的测定、比较与分析,结果表明植物音频促长装置对菠菜的生长有明显的促进作用。
The crop production has been improved greatly by the chemical agriculture in the 20th, but the excessive chemical fertilizer, which caused soil to break down, crop quality to descend and environment to be polluted, has affected agricultural continuous development greatly. Currently, agriculture is situated in transitional period from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, moreover, the physical agriculture is one of ways of realizing modern agriculture, and the plant acoustic controlling technique is an importance part of the physical agriculture, which can promote the growth of the plant to breed, increase and perfect the quality and resist diseases. It doesn't pollute the environment at all. Besides, usage of this technique can decrease fertilizer and chemical drug used for farming, the technique can be used to produce green vegetables and satisfy the demand of social continuous development and has great social benefits.
    The promotion growth device of plant audio frequency was designed with plant acoustic controlling technique principle in the paper in order to explore the relation of plant acoustic characteristic and its growth and make certain special frequency band of influence on growth plant, the device could play high power audio signal. The device was composed of microcontroller system, power amplifier and speaker system. The microcontroller system regarded newly-developed SPCE061A microcontroller of Taiwanese sunplus company as core, the wave was produced by two DAC channels, sunplus provides great convience for us in this way, throught using it, may deduce peripheral circuit, furthmore, it also provides good program condition for us. Audio function model was constructed in the software design, on this base; Sunplus math function was used to perform wave output. The 45W TA8225L power amplifier produced by TOSHIBA was adopted, which has high power, low distortion and low noise, it includes various kind of protectors a
    nd the function of standy-by SW. besides, the functions of output short or over voltage detection and junction temperature monitor was involved. The T-1301 speaker produced by tempest electronics CO., LTD in Tianjin was adopted, which has wide frequency band, high sensitivity and low resonant frequency. The parameters of power amplifier and speaker were measured and calculated and the close box was designed through speaker parameters. The close box could meet the demand of design.
    The experiment was carried out in horticulture station of northeast agriculture university. The device was utilized to deal with spinach. Two group fields researched A and compared B
    
    
    was adopted. Nine appearance indexes of spinach were measured, compared and analyzed; the result indicated the signal produced by device could promote growth of plant.
