山西省晋城市农村电力市场需求分析

摘要
研究农村电力需求的特性和发展趋势，对于增加供电企业的售电量，提高农民
的生活水平，保持农村的社会稳定和促进农村地区的经济发展都有着非常重要的意
义。本文以农村经济相对发达的晋城市为例对农村电力需求进行了详细的分析，并
对其未来发展趋势进行了深入的研究。
本文首先从获取的第一手数据和资料入手，结合实际情况，对晋城市的农村电
力需求现状做了分析和总结，然后从经济发展、农村电价、电网结构和管理水平、
当地气候、国家政策和法律法规等诸多影响农村电力需求的因素出发，对晋城市农
村电力需求中存在的问题以及解决方案进行了详细的论述和深入的研究，得出了一
些有益的结论。最后，本文利用 ＭＡＴＬＡＢ６．１ 和灰色系统理论对晋城市农村电力需求
的发展趋势进行了预测，发现结果误差较小。
It is important to research the characteristics and development trend of rural power
demand because it relates improving the peasants life level, keeping the rural society
steady and accelerating the rural economy. The paper researches the development trend
of rural power demand in Shanxi province for example of Jincheng city where the rural
economy is advanced relatively.
Firstly, the paper analyzes and summarizes the actuality of rural power demand in
Jincheng city according to the first-hand obtained datas and materials, considering the
fact. Then the paper researches the problems and solutions of rural power demand
development in Jincheng city, proceeding from the economy development, law, code,
rural power price, local climate, power network structure and management level etc.
Finally, the paper uses the MATLAB6.1 and grey-forecasting to forecast the rural power
demand in Jincheng, and the error between the actual and the forecast is tolerable.
