电子商务模拟系统的研究与构建

摘要
随着网络经济的兴起,电子商务得到了快速的发展。而电子商务的不断发展促使市场对电子商务方面人才的需求也不断增长,同时对电子商务人才的素质要求也不断提高,期望高校能培养出高素质、实用型的电子商务人才。
     电子商务教育具有非常强的实践性,教学中的实验环节是必不可少的。学生在了解电子商务的经营管理方式的同时,也应该能够运用所学知识设计电子商务各环节的解决方案。而电子商务专业则必须具备相应的教学实验的网络环境和适合教学、实习的电子商务模拟系统
     为了适应电子商务的发展和电子商务课程教学的要求,我们在充分调研的基础上,提出了开发电子商务模拟系统。一方面学生通过实习能够掌握电子商务主要模式B2C、B2B、C2C的全过程,整体了解银行、CA认证、物流配送在电子商务中的作用;同时学生可以进行二次开发,创建个人销售网站,并对网站进行管理。另一方面教师能够通过实验管理中各项指标的设定对学生的网站管理给出评测;同时教师能够对系统进行统一管理。论文是在我参加该项目研究和开发工作的基础上撰写而成。
     本文主要工作是深入研究电子商务的流程和技术,对国内外部分著名的EC系统进行认真分析,紧密结合电子商务的最新发展状况,同时根据电子商务课程教学大纲、教学计划和实习的实际需要,对如何设计一个集银行、CA认证、物流配送、B2C网店、B2B交易中心、C2C拍卖中心、实验管理于一体的综合电子商务教学实验系统在理论上、结构上以及实现上进行了探讨。
     在对电子商务模拟系统进行的设计中我们综合研究了信息流、商流、资金流、物流运作的特点,重点突出了实战性、开放性的原则。
     在系统总体设计中采用DNA三层结构(数据服务层、事务逻辑层和表示层)和组件技术。商务逻辑组件的使用使系统具有良好的可扩充性,当业务发生变化时,不必改变任何Web页面或应用程序源代码,只需更新商务逻辑组件;当需要增加新的业务功能时,只要在原系统的基础上增加新的表示逻辑和新的商务逻辑组件即可。通过数据访问层组件使用,无需每次对数据库进行连接和释放连接,使系统中通讯量减少,提高系统效率;并且使系统非常方便在不同数据库产品中移植。
     在模拟电子商务网站结构设计过程中,仔细研究近年来Plop组织和EuroPloP组织提供的针对构建网上商店用于导航视图的模式、用于构筑界面的模式和用于基础结构的模式,针对网店管理的库存分析模式和订单和发送模式以及针对在线拍卖管理的多种设计模式来设计。研究了基于Agent和XML的电子商务模式,提出了使用移动Agent和XML——智能服务构建模拟B2B电子商场e-Broker的设计思路。

     在实现技术上,对.NET构架下强类型数据集和商务组件在电子商务网站中的应用进
    行了研究。初步完成了BZC网上商店的实现。
     本文的第1章为概论部分,阐述了目前国内现有电子商务模拟系统软件的现状,给
    出了研究与构建的原因。第2章在对EC系统进行深入研究的基础上,提吕_}了一种基于
    互联网应用体系结构的三层应用结构的电子商务模拟系统的框架,包括系统体系结构的
    设计、应用设计和功能设计。第3章重点研究了近年来 PloP组织和E以二曰。!)组织提供
    的针对构建网上商店的多种设计模式,给出了模拟网上商店子系统FI yBr、〔Jge的设计。
    重点研究了基于互联网应用体系结构的三层应用结构和.N盯架构下可扩展的、强健的电
    子商务网站的规划和部署,完成了FlyBridge数据服务层中强类型数据集和数据供应组
    件的设计和事务逻辑层中各商务组件的设计,使系统具有良好的交互能力和可扩充刊一。
    初步完成了BZC网上商店的实现。第4章研究了在线拍卖的设计模式,给出了模拟(、ZC
    在线拍卖e一Bridge的设计。第5章对E一CO二erce Agent和XML技术在电子商务中的应
    用进行了讨论,分析了基于Agent和XML的电子商务模式,提出了使用移动八gen、和XML
    —智能服务构建模拟BZB电子商场e一Broker的设计思路。
With the arising of Internet economy, the EC (Electronic Business) development continuously demands for Electronic Business talents with high quantity and quality. Apparently universities have responsibility for cultivating EC professional personnel to satisfy the demand.
    As EC teaching includes many practice processes, it is necessary to construct good experiment environment. The students not only should understand EC principles and methods, but also can apply the knowledge they learned to design the project in every phases of EC. Universities must equip computer networks and EC simulation systems that fit for teaching and practice for their EC major.
    In order to meet the needs of EC development and teaching, after investigation and research, we put forward a plan of developing an EC simulation system. By the aid of the system, on one hand students can experience the whole process of the EC, including B2C Internet shop, C2C online auction and B2B electronic market, and understand the role that the bank, the CA certificate and the materials distributing center play; and meanwhile students can build their own B2C sites and manage them in the system, on the other hand, teacher can evaluate student's web site, and manage the system. This thesis is based on my work of researching and developing on the project.
    This paper researches on the flow and technology in the EC, analyzes some famous EC systems in the whole world. Then, considering the latest EC development, and according to EC teaching plan and practice requirement, we design an EC simulation system that integrates net bank, CA center, materials distributing center, B2C Internet shop, B2B electronic broke store, C2C auction center and lab management. Finally, EC theory, structure and realization technology are also discussed.
    In the paper, we study synthetically operation characteristics of information flow, commercial flow, capital flow and trading flow in the EC system, and insist on two important principle: practice and opening when building the simulation system.
    When constructing the system, two key technologies are adopted. The first one is three-tiers structure technology under DNA (Distributed Internet Application Architecture), which consists of data service tier, business logic tier and presentation tier. The second one is the
    
    
    component technology. It makes the system expandable.
    In the e-Commerce sites design process, I carefully study on several design patterns PloP organization and EuroPloP organization offered lately, such as web shop patterns which are divided into patterns for navigational views, patterns for building interfaces and patterns for infrastructure, web shop management patterns which consist of analysis pattern for inventories and analysis patterns for the order and shipment of a product, and online auction management patterns. Then I give the design on simulation Internet store FlyBridge and C2C auction e-Bridge. I study e-Commerce Agent patterns and XML-based patterns, propose to combine the two technologies to realize the simulation B2B e-broker.
    I study how to build e-Commerce sites based on .NET framework with DataSet and business components, and give an application of Internet shop.
    The first chapter of the thesis is a summary, which states current state of EC simulation software in our country, and gives the motivation of research. Chapter 2 puts forward a design architecture of simulation system based on DNA three-tie architecture that includes overall design, application design and function design. Chapter 3 carefully analyzes variety of design patterns of Internet store PloP organization and EuroPloP organization offered, and gives a schema of simulate Internet store FlyBridge. Besides, the chapter also carefully studies the three-ties architecture of DNA and discusses how to deploy expandable and robust e-Commerce sites based on .NET architecture.
