高压断路器在线监测系统开发及故障诊断分析

摘要
高压断路器是除发电机和变压器以外最重要的电气设备,其运行直接影响着整个电力系统的稳定性和供电可靠性。因此,提高断路器的检修水平,实现状态检修具有重要意义。
     本文分析了现有检修方式的弊端,阐述了实现状态检修的必要性。通过对高压断路器触头电磨损的研究,在采纳前人研究方法的基础上,提出了一种综合评估的方法,并给出给定条件下的寿命裕度,实现电气寿命和机械寿命的双重监测。本文还对断路器的故障诊断进行探索,对测量数据进行统计分析,利用数据发展趋势判断断路器健康状况;同时还采用小波分析中的模最大值法对断路器分合闸线圈的波形畸变进行仿真分析。
The high-voltage Circuit Breaker is the most important electric equipment except the Generator and the Transformer, It’s function is in of touch with the whole electric power system stabilization and power supply reliability. So it’s very important to improve the maintenance level and carry out Condition Based Maintenance of Circuit Breaker.
    This Paper points out the abuse of the existing maintenance modes, and expatiates on the importance of realization of Condition Based maintenance. By the research of contact wear loss of Circuit Breaker and on the basis of adopting the prior investigation it brings forward a compositive evaluation method and gives the remainder span on supposed conditions, and realizes the diplex Condition Monitoring of electric endurance and mechanical span. Also this paper explores the diagnostic techniques of high-voltage Circuit Breaker, on one side it analyzes the statistical data and judges the health of Circuit Breaker, on the other side it simulates the wave aberrance of the close and trip loops by adopting wavelet transform modulus maxima.
