全尾砂与分级尾砂胶结充填材料配比试验与理论研究

摘要
随着人类对矿产品需求的不断增加,矿产资源变得越来越少。如何合理、高效、经济、安全地进行矿产资源开发利用,降低资源的损失,减少矿石的贫化,提高矿石的质量,是矿产资源开发者共同关心的问题。
     充填采矿法以其高回收率、低贫化率的优点,在开采较高价值的难采矿床中取得了突破性进展。根据矿山的开采技术条件和现有的充填系统和充填材料的条件下,为满足充填体强度要求,通过研究充填料之间的配比试验,以达到充填矿山安全、高效的运作又把成本降到最低。本文结合武山铜矿的具体情况,分别对全尾砂和分级尾砂胶结充填材料进行了配比试验研究并对充填体进行强度分析。
     本论文的主要研究内容如下:(1)对武山铜矿尾砂物理力学特性及矿物组成测试分析:(2)全尾砂和分级尾砂的PH值、粒径分布、干容重的实验测试流变特性研究;(3)全尾和分级尾砂不同配比混凝土试件的无侧限抗压强度实验测定;(4)对全尾砂和分级尾砂胶结充填料不同配比的试件强度关系分析;(5)对全尾砂和分级尾砂采场充填工艺与提高胶结体强度技术的研究。
     通过应用多因素正交实验方法在实验室进行配比试验研究,再运用多元线性回归的数学方法对全尾砂和分级尾砂充填体强度影响因素进行探索研究。得出全尾砂和分级尾砂胶结充填体在满足输送以及达到强度要求下,各配料间的一个配比。
With the constant increase of the mankind demanding the mineral products, the mineral resource becomes fewer and fewer. How to carry on the development and utilization of mineral products resources rationally, high-efficiently, frugally, safely and reduce losses of resource and dilution of ore and enhance quality of ore is the question of the mineral resources developer caring about.
     Filling mining technology has made a breakthrough in our mining mineral deposit of high value with high ore recovery and low dilution. According to the Mine mining conditions and the filling of existing systems and filling materials under the conditions of filling strength to meet the requirements by studying the ratio between the filling material testing, filling mine to achieve safe and efficient operation costs down again to minimum. In this text, Wushan Copper Mine specific circumstances, namely the entire tailings and tailings classification cement filling materials and Experimental Research on the ratio of the strength of filling.
     The main thesis of this research are as follows: (1) of Wushan Copper Mine tailings physical and mechanical properties and mineral composition test analysis; (2) Full-tailings and tailings classification of PH, particle size distribution, bulk density of the dry experiment Rheological Properties of testing, (3) the end of all grade tailings and concrete specimen different ratio of unconfined compressive strength of experiments (4) of the entire tailings and tailings classification of different ratio of cement filling material Strength of the specimen analysis (5) of the entire tailings and tailings classification stope filling process and increase bond strength technology.
     Through applies the multi-factor orthogonal experimental technique to conduct the allocated proportion experimental study in the laboratory, utilizes the multi-dimensional linear regression again the mathematical method conducts the exploration research to the entire tails and the graduation tails backfill body intensity influencing factor. Obtains the entire tails and the graduation tails cemented backfill body, in satisfies transports as well as meets under the ultimate working capacity requirements, various compounding rooms one allocated proportion.
