物流信息系统的研究与实践
摘要
以现代信启、技术为工具的电子商务及现代物流的兴起，加快了经济贸易全球化的步伐，它们不仅极大地改变经济的增长方式，而且极大地改变世界贸易体制和经济格局。本文通过对现代电子商务及物流信息系统在发达国家和在我国的发展现状的比较分析，对我国现代物流信息系统发展中存在的问题、发展的基础、发展前景及其使用技术以及今后发展策略进行了系统探讨。在此基础上，针对电子商务中的物流运作，本文提出了相应的物流信息系统的解决方案。
全文共分四章：
第一章 现代物流的发展历程。首先概括介绍了物流的产生、现代物流信息系统的发展形成，其次阐述了电子商务对发展现代物流信息系统的影响及要求。第二章 国内外物流信息的发展现状、使用技术及基本结构框架。首先概括国内外物流信息的发展现状，其次介绍目前使用的物流信息技术，最后描述了物流信息系统的基本功能和框架。第三章 物流信息的成本决策。分别对物流信息系统的成本决策进行描述。第四章 案例：针对中农物流信息系统，提出了相应的物流信息系统的解决方案。
With the help of the advanced Information Technology, the modern Logistics and E-commerce promote the speed of the Global Economy Unification and change the structure and the developing ways of the economy in the world .In this paper the mechanism of Logistics Information System (LIS) is researched. With the analysis of the conditions of LIS in the developed countries and our country, it makes detailed approaches to the things about the foundation , foreground , obstacles , technologies and developing Strategies which are related with Logistics Information System (LIS) in our country. Finally, it provides the model of logistics Information System (LIS) ,which deals with the logistics services of electronic commerce.
First chapter: The developing process of Logistics and LIS. It begins with the description of the appearance of Logistics, the foundation of LIS, the demanding and influences to LIS from electronic commerce.
Second chapter: The developing situations, technologies and main framework of LIS. It begins with the description of the developing situations, the technologies of LIS in the local country and the other countries, finally ends with the analysis of the basic functions and main structure of LIS.
Third chapter: The cost decision in the LIS. It particularly describes the three methods of cost decision used in LIS.
Fourth chapter: The Case : Logistics Information System (LIS), which provides for the model of Logistics services of electronic commerce.
