面向飞机制造行业的材料定额研究

摘要
在现阶段,在飞机制造企业实施的材料定额系统大多局限于定额编辑的计算机辅助功能,定额文件管理和流程管理功能薄弱。随着计算机技术和网络技术在企业中的应用越来越普遍,企业对材料定额系统的要求已不再是单纯计算机辅助定额编辑,而是一个集过程控制和管理功能于一体的复杂的设计和管理体系。
     本论文在分析目前材料定额系统研制中存在的问题和飞机制造行业材料定额管理特点的基础上,提出了面向行业的材料定额管理解决方案,它的主要内容如下:
     1.分析了飞机制造行业材料定额管理的特点,对材料定额的数据流程作了详细的阐述。
     2.根据飞机制造行业材料定额信息量大、结构复杂的特点,本文详细介绍了一种基于面向对象技术的材料定额数据的管理方法,可以方便、安全的实现数据的管理。
     3.依据建立好的信息模型,在计算机上实现材料定额的基本数据流程,包括基本数据的提取、数据的编辑与汇总、更改单数据的管理。
     4.分析了材料定额流程管理、用户管理和版次管理的特点,并给出了在计算机上的实现方法。
At present, the Material Ration Manage system applied in aircraft manufacturing enterprises mostly focuses on the ration edit while ignoring the management of process and ration document. With the further application and spreading of computer technology and network technology, the newer requirements of Material Ration Manage system, not merely a computer aided ration edit function, have been proposed to provide a complex design and management system combined with management and course control.
    On the basis of comprehensive analysis of present problems and characteristic of material ration system in aircraft manufacturement industry, this dissertation develop a solution of material ration management for this field. The main work of this dissertation is as follows:
    1. Analyze the characteristic of material ration management in aircraft manufacturement and describe data procedure of material ration in details.
    2. With regards to the characteristic of material ration of aircraft manufacturement which generally has abundant of information and complex structure, we introduce an object-oriented technology method in material ration management. Therefore, the data of material ration can be managed conveniently and safely by this method.
    3. According to established information model, we develop on computer the basic data procedure of material ration which including exaction of basic data, compilation and collection of data and management of single data.
    4. After analysis of the characteristic of procedure management of material ration, user management and version management, we
