大连北良有限公司发展战略研究

摘要
大连北良有限公司作为国有大型粮食流通企业，经过8年的筹组和建设于
2000年年底正式竣工投产。公司目前正由建设期转入经营期，公司的发展战略
也随着公司任务的转换而发生了重大的变化，需要制定新的发展战略推动公司
的进一步发展。本文从介绍大连北良公司的概况入手，在深入调查研究和广泛
收集资料的基础上，分析了公司腹地经济发展的状况，对周边港口进行了综合
评价，采用统计、回归、时间序列、指数模型等方法对粮食、化肥的运输量进
行了预测，从而找出了公司的发展优势、发展机遇和存在的挑战和竞争，提出
了新形势下公司的发展战略和实施发展战略的步骤和措施。
As a [arge national foodstuff circulation enterprise, Dalian
Beiliang Co. Ltd, was completed and put into production after preparing
and constructing in eight years. Companied with the point changing from
construct ing period to managing period, the development strategy of the
company transformed greatly with the changing of the missions. The
company have to establish new development strategy pushing the company
to make more progress. Based on deep survey and broad materials collecting,
writer analyzed the economic development status of the company hinterland
through introducing the company?s general situation in the thesis. It
forecasts the freight volumes of foodstuff and fertilizer about around
ports by the methods of statistics, regression analysis, time serials
and index models. According to above analysis, writer found out the
development advantages, opportunities, challenges and competitions,
brought forward new development strategy and the steps and measures to
implement the new strategy in new situations.
