酿酒企业资源管理与分析系统

摘要
近年来,伴随着我国经济的迅猛发展和人民群众生活水平的不断提高,白酒生产企业也迅速发展。面对难得的发展机遇,企业必须彻底解决目前存在的产销不畅,管理落后的问题,提高整体实力,增强市场竞争力。目前市场上虽然有一些企业资源管理系统,但没有基于组件技术实现的酿酒企业资源管理系统,尤其是为中小型酿酒企业量身定做的企业资源管理系统。
     在这种情况下,本文利用熟悉酿造行业这一工作特点,立足青海古秘藏酒业有限公司,通过分析影响企业竞争力和制约企业赢利的主要因素,以实现酿酒企业资源管理为目标,设计了酿酒资源管理系统。通过分析青海古秘藏酒业有限公司目前存在的主要管理问题,提出具体的解决方法。本文的研究工作主要包含以下几个方面:1.运用面向对象方法结合统一建模语言理论,完成了系统框架的设计和流程模型设计工作;2.对应用系统的数据、业务和表示进行分离,完成了应用系统的框架设计和模型设计;3.解决了数据库建模中的一些问题,并对数据库进行了优化;4.以设备管理子系统和网上订单模块为例,设计了DCOM应用组件和.NET组件,完成了该系统的实现;5.制定了系统的测试策略,完成了软件的测试工作,对测试结果进行了分析。
     通过近一年的实际运行结果表明,本系统填补了目前市场上无针对中小型青稞酒酿造企业资源管理系统的行业空白,同时为企业节约大量资金,由于在系统研发前做了大量的实际调查,且针对中小型青稞酒酿造企业量身定做,因而青海龙的酒业有限公司已决定采用本系统作为该企业资源管理系统,并有多家省内酿酒企业有意采用本系统。
     企业资源管理系统所涉及的知识面比较广,本文只对其中的部分关键技术作了讨论,以后将在与其相关的软件组件技术、软件构件技术及系统测试等方面做进一步研究。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standard, liquor manufacturers are also developed rapidly. Facing a rare chance for development, enterprises must to solve the existing problems such as difficulty production and marketing, backward managed, and then they can grasp the opportunity to further expand the scale, improve the overall strength and increase market competitiveness. Currently, although there are a number of enterprise resource management systems on the market, there are no resource management systems for wine enterprise that use component-based technology, especially for the small and medium wine enterprises.
     In this situation, make use of work that familiar with brewing industry, based on Qinghai GuMiZang of Wine Co. Ltd, this paper analyzes the major factors for influence the enterprise competitive power and restrict the enterprise profits, also discusses deeply with relative technology for enterprise resource management system. In order to achieve wine enterprise resource management, this paper designs a Brewing Resources Management System,analyzes the main management problems of Qinghai GuMiZang of Wine Co. Ltd. and provides the methods of solution. The researches of this paper are as follows:1. Make use of object-oriented methods; combined with the Unified Modeling Language theory to complete the design of system framework and process model; 2. Isolated the application system data, business and express to complete the design of application system framework and the model, as well as a detailed analysis for design process; 3. solved some problems of Database modeling; 4. analyzed the specifications for Development Technology and technical points for software reuse. Take device management and on-line orders for an example, designed a DCOM application components and .NET components to complete the system implementation; 5. designed basic model,completed test work as well as analyzed test results.
     Through actual running nearly for one year, the results indicated that the system is filling a gap that no resource management system for highland barley wine brewing enterprise, especially for small and medium enterprises, at the same time, it saves much capital for enterprises. Since many practical investigations were made before system development, and developed for small and medium barley wine brewing enterprises. At present, the Qinghai dragon Wine Co. Ltd has determined to use the system for enterprise resources management, and many brewing enterprises in Qinghai are inclined to adopt the system.
     Enterprise resource management system involves a wide range of knowledge, so this paper only discussed a part of key technology, it will continue to the study in future such as software components, software component technology or system test.
