基于敏捷化供应链模式下产品创新的供应商评价研究

摘要
随着经济全球化和市场环境的日益发展,制造环境发生了巨大变化。由于多样化的市场需求,现代制造系统向着敏捷化、集成化和并行化的方向发展,即以动态联盟为基础的全球化敏捷制造是适应企业生存发展的一个崭新的工业生产组织模式,相应的以动态联盟为基础的智能技术---敏捷供应链管理理论迅速发展起来;同时制造环境的变化使得企业的战略重点从传统的以生产为中心转向以产品创新为中心。高质量、低价格多品种的产品已不再构成企业的竞争优势,而仅仅是企业生存和发展的前提条件,产品创新将成为企业竞争优势的重要因素,并且制造体系的改变也同样影响了企业的产品的创新模式,现代制造生产已不再是“由一个企业独立地制造出一个完整的产品”的模式,越来越多的企业为了适应激烈的市场竞争环境,在研究和开发新产品上跨越了企业的边界而走上了与供应链节点企业联合开发新产品之路。为此,本文提出将产品创新的供应商理论和技术引入到敏捷供应链管理中,并着重对基于敏捷供应链管理体系中制造商-供应商合作产品创新的问题以及产品创新的供应商评价体系的一系列关键问题进行了研究。
     首先,本文探讨了敏捷供应链的基本理论以及产品创新的供应商本质特征,说明了将基于产品创新的供应商理论引入敏捷供应链管理的必要性与优化性,并以此为基础提出了处于产品创新的不同阶段的供应商评价体系以及实现标准。
     其次,敏捷化供应链中介入产品创新的供应商评价是一个重要问题,本文综合运用了经济学、管理学、系统工程、以及应用数学的理论方法,根据处于新产品开发的不同时期所要求得评价体系的不同,建立了与之相对应的供应商选择模型,并且采用了多种评价方法的集成处理。
     在论文的最后部分,还将产品创新的供应商评价扩展为更为宏观的方面,以中国第一汽车集团哈尔滨变速箱厂为例,分别对具有产品创新的供应商进行了分析和评价,并给出了相关算法与实例分析,使企业在实践中得以借鉴。
With the economic globalization and the development of marketing conditions, great changes have been made in the manufacturing environment. Due to the requirements of market variety, modern manufacturing system tends to be characteristic of prompt, integration and parallel. Globalized prompt manufacture based on dynamic alliance has become a brand-new organization model of industrial production suitable for the existence and development of the enterprises. Correspondingly, the management theory of prompt supply chain, an intelligent technology based on dynamic alliance, has been greatly developed. Meanwhile, the strategic point in the enterprises shifted from the traditional production-centered model to creation-centered one due to the changes of manufacturing environment. The product with high quality, low price and large variety is no longer the competitive advantage, but a precondition of the existence and development of the enterprises. The product creation is to be one of the important factors of the competitive superiority. The transformation of manufacturing system has a great effect on the model of product creation in the enterprises. Modern manufacture is no likely to follow the make-a-complete-product-solely-by-one-factory model. In order to adapt themselves to the fiercely competitive market environment, more and more enterprises cut across the boundary of enterprises to develop new products with the joint enterprisers on the supply chain. Therefore, the essay deals with the introduction of the theory and technology of the supplier with product innovation into the management of the prompt supply chain. It focuses on the study on the series of problems of manufacturer-supplier joint creation of products and supplier-evaluation system in the management system of the prompt supply chain.
     First of all, the essay explores the basic theory of prompt supply chain and the essence of the supplier with product innovation, proves the necessity and superiority of introducing the supplier with product innovation into the management of prompt supply chain, and accordingly points out the supplier-evaluation system and achievement standard at different stages of product innovation.
     It is important to introduce the theory of supplier with product innovation into prompt supply chain. Combined with the knowledge of economics, management, system engineering and application mathematics, the essay establishes the corresponding supplier choice system according to the different evaluation system required by the different stages of new product development. The integration of the various evaluation methods is achieved as well.
     In the last part of the essay, the supplier-evaluation is expanded into the macro aspects. Take Harbin Gearbox Factory of the First Automobile Group in China as example, the essay analyzes and evaluates the suppliers with product innovation. In addition, the relevant calculation and living example analysis are provided, which can be used for reference in practice by the enterprises.
