网上阅卷系统设计与实现

摘要
随着国家对高素质、创新型人才需求的增加,各类教育考试都开始注重对考生创新意识和实践能力的考查,主观性试题、发散思维的试题必然会增加,这就给主观题的评阅误差控制提高了难度,而且评卷后的统分、分析报表、试题得分率统计等等都不能做到较高的准确度,所以传统阅卷方式的诸多弊端日益显现,急需一种全新的阅卷方式。计算机技术、网络技术、图像处理技术的发展,计算机应用范围的不断扩大,也深刻地影响着教育考试领域的方方面面。网上阅卷就是在这种背景下应运而生的一种以控制主观题评卷误差、提高阅卷质量及阅卷速度,是实现更加公平、公正原则为目的的全新的阅卷模式。计算机网上阅卷作为近年来我国考试领域的重大改革,受到社会的广泛关注,相比于传统的手工阅卷,网上阅卷具有降低评分误差,提高阅卷结果公正性;试卷电子化,节省资源,便于存档及管理;便于实时统计和监控,提高阅卷质量等诸多优势,因此全国已有多个省市在普通高考等大型考试中,进行了网上阅卷改革,并取得了良好的社会和经济效益。网上阅卷是指以计算机网络技术和图像处理技术为依托,以实现考试评卷公平公正性原则为最终目的一种新的阅卷方式。它结合多年来传统人工阅卷丰富经验和现代高新技术,采用试卷和答卷分离的方式进行,客观题由计算机自动判分,主观题由不同的阅卷教师通过网络在计算机上对考生答卷的电子图像分别进行评分,最后再由计算机系统自动进行核分和成绩校验。“公平、公正、公开”一直是考试系统所贯彻的原则,以往的阅卷方式存在较多的弊端,比如评阅质量难以保证等,网上阅卷系统的出现改变了这种状态,使阅卷质量增加了可控性,并且提高了效率,减少了错误。本论文描述的评阅子系统是数字化网上阅卷系统的一部分,其主要功能是为评卷教师提供一个人机交互的平台。通过这个平台,可以实现评卷教师对考生答卷的网上评卷。
As the state of high-quality, increasing demand for innovative talents, all kinds of education examinations have begun to focus on innovation and practical ability of candidates to the test, subjective questions, the questions will surely increase divergent thinking, which marked a subjective question error control to improve the degree of difficulty, and after marking the unification of points, analysis reports, test scoring rate statistics, etc. can not be a high accuracy, so many drawbacks of the traditional grading methods have increasingly shown in urgent need of a new scoring way. Computer technology, network technology, image processing technology, expanding the scope of computer applications, but also a profound impact on all aspects of the field of Education Examination. Online marking is in this context, emerged to control the subjective question of a marking error and improve the quality of marking and marking speed, is to achieve more equitable and just for the purpose of the principles of the new scoring model. Computer online marking as the field in recent years, major reforms of examination by the widespread concern in society, compared to the traditional manual scoring, online marking can reduce the error rate and improve the fairness of grading results; papers electronically, save resources, ease of archiving and management; suitable for real time statistics and monitoring, to improve the quality of marking and many other advantages, so the country has several other large cities in the general entrance examination, conducted online marking reform, and achieved good social and economic benefits. Online marking refers to the computer network technology and image processing technology as the basis, in order to achieve the principle of fairness and justice marking examinations for the ultimate goal of a new scoring method. It combines years of experience in traditional and modern artificial scoring high, the use of paper and answer sheet separate ways, objective questions and Assessing automatically by a computer, Subjective scoring by different teachers on a computer network an electronic image of the candidate responses were rate, and finally automatically by a computer system and performance verification of nuclear sub. "Fair, just and open" has been implementing the principles of the examination system, the previous scoring method there are more disadvantages, such as reviewers and so difficult to guarantee the quality, the emergence of online marking system changed this state, so that increases the quality of marking controllability, and improve the efficiency and reduce errors. This paper describes the marked digital subsystem is a part of online marking system, marking its main function is to provide teachers with an interactive platform. Through this platform, teachers can marking line marking candidate scripts.
