忻州市固网智能化设计及实现
摘要
本论文通过对目前固定电话网络在网络架构及业务开发方面存在的局限性的分析,说明了固网智能化的必要性,并对固网智能化的解决方案进行了概述,主要介绍了忻州固网智能化的建设方案、电路配置、现网改造、设备选型及交换机实际配置情况、网络调整方案、固网智能化提供的业务种类及实现流程等内容,阐述了忻州网通固网智能化的整体实现过程,论文最后通过完整的业务呼叫流程的说明,论证了固网智能化后各项业务在交换机上的实现以及业务受理和开通过程。文中提出了电路配置理论,并介绍了网络结构优化情况以及智能汇接局、数据管理中心的硬件及数据配置,建立了固网实现智能化过程中所需的各种数据和图表,直观地反映了忻州网通固网智能化的实现过程,为提升网络维护管理水平,大力发展固网智能化业务提供了借鉴。本次固网智能化工程,通过汇接局和外置用户数据中心的建设来完成多种智能业务的触发和用户数据的集中管理,通过智能网的建设来提供智能网业务,从而快速地引入和发展智能新业务,及时满足用户多样化、差异化的业务需求,最终达到提高固定交换网的智能化程度、简化及优化网络结构、提升网络的业务提供能力、提升固定网运营商运营收益和综合竞争能力、为下一步的网络转型奠定基础和积累经验的目的。
This thesis in current fixed telephone networks in the network infrastructure and business development with regard to the limitations of the analysis shows that the need of fixed ,and fixed intelligent solutions were outlined, mainly on the Xinzhou the intelligent network-building program, circuit configuration, the network transformation, selection of equipment and switches the actual configuration, network adjustment program, fixed the intelligence business providing the types of business and implementation progress of content, described Xinzhou Netcom fixed intelligent the overall implementation process, the final papers through the integrity of call business processes that proved after fixed intelligent all business in the realization of business and hear and open process. The papers put forward the theory of circuit configuration, and on the network structure optimization, as well as the smart aggregation, data management center's hardware and data configuration, and set up a fixed intelligent process of achieving the necessary data and charts, directly reflect Xinzhou Netcom fixed intelligent the realization of process, for the upgrading of network maintenance management level, vigorously develop the fixed-line business intelligence provided a reference. The fixed intelligent project, through the building of the aggregation and external users date centers to complete the construction of a variety of smart business and user data's centralized management, through the intelligent network to provide intelligent network business, to quickly bring in and develop intelligent new business , in a timely manner to meet diverse users, difference of business needs, ultimately raising the fixed exchange network intelligence, simplify and optimize the network structure, enhance the network capacity to provide services, improve operating earnings and comprehensive competitiveness, the network transition to the next step and lay the foundation for the purpose of accumulating experience.
