WLY100型电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪软件的设计

摘要
电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry简称ICP-AES)是一种结合了现代多种学科而研制的用于定量分析元素的分析仪器,其中涉及到了光、机、电、计算机和分析化学等学科。由于ICP具有优良的分析特性,所以它是分析液体试样的最佳方式。而仪器的软件起着举足轻重的作用,分析软件的好坏直接影响着元素分析测定的结果。因此,ICP-AES光谱仪的工作软件的设计开发对于分析仪器起着重要作用。本文通过分析WLY100型光谱仪的硬件组成,根据该光谱仪器的工作原理,制定了通信协议,设计了数据库,完成了分析软件的开发。最后采用两种实验方案对光谱仪系统进行实际测试,通过软件在测量实验过程的截图和数据,分析WLY100型光谱仪系统的工作性能。
At present, the demand of the inductive coupling plasma(ICP)emitting spectrometer is increasing day by day. Because of the advantages of its good selectivity, simple operation, good detecting capability and samples required less, ICP spectrometer gets much welcome of related industries and the general staff. On the market, the vast majority of ICP spectrometer is the foreign product. ICP spectrometer in the domestic production is still a blank. Therefore, researching domestic ICP spectrometer is imperative. Beijing HaiGuang Instrument Company has already made a certain progress in the ICP spectrometer research and development. The production WLY100 spectrometer still cannot meet the need of customer in the software.
     This article mainly studied the WLY100 ICP spectrometer. On the basis of analyzing of the principle of each part of hardware, the article developed a set of software of ICP spectrometer based on Windows.
     This article firstly introduced the status of development of ICP spectrometer. And analyzed the strengths and limitations of the Atomic Emission Spctrometry and expatiated the components and operating principles of ICP spectrometer’s hardware. Secondly, this article focused on the in-depth discussion of the development of the analysis software of ICP spectrometer. And introduced the development environment of analysis software. It carried on the instrumental analysis method to analyze and to choose, and has made the careful analysis for the function of the software. In the process of programming, the article carried on the module division and the process analysis, formulated the Communication Protocol based on Serial Port. In addition, the article introduced the design and implementation of Database and presented some key codes. Finally, this article had carried on the software testing and the measurement of actual samples . And presented the impact pictures of software and analyzed the experimental results.
     This article was divided into five chapters:
     The first chapter: summarized the inductive coupling plasma emitting Spectrometer; analyzed the spectrometer’s advantages and limitations; introdu- ced the status of development of ICP spectrometer.
     The second chapter: introduced the spectrometer’s function principles and hardware configuration; also introduced its technology indicatories.
     The third chapter: discussed the choice of the instrumental analysis meth- od; expatiated on the design of the software; presented each function part’s flow chart; expatiated on the establishment of the Communication Protocol and design of Database.
     The fourth chapter: used the hydrargyrum lamp and actually samples to test the spectrometer and the software; presented the impact pictures of the software and analyzed the experimental results; testified the spectrometer system’s feasibility.
     The fifth chapter: summarized the article’s content; the dissertion offered some prospects to the spectrometer system according to the research problems encountered in the process and experience.
