激光美容中人体皮肤光吸收作用及检测平台的研究

摘要
光子与生物组织的相互作用和光生物医学检测是当前生物医学
    光子学的研究热点。人体皮肤组织对不同波长的光产生不同的吸收
    作用。黑色素、血红蛋白和水分子是引起皮肤吸收的主要因素。激
    光美容正是利用了皮肤组织成份的选择性吸收作用原理对各种色素
    性、血管性皮肤疾病及皮肤文饰进行治疗。在激光美容中,研究黄
    种人的活体皮肤组织的光吸收作用及其检测平台对基础研究和临床
    应用具有重要意义。本文应用光电检测技术和虚拟仪器技术建立人
    体皮肤组织光吸收作用检测平台,实现了临床上活体皮肤的实时、
    无损检测。利用该检测平台对正常皮肤组织和一些病变皮肤组织进
    行了检测,得出其吸收光谱。研制的检测平台可对皮肤病变程度作
    定量检测,以协助在激光美容中确定合适的激光治疗参数。
Photon-tissue
    interactions and photo-biomedical detection are the hotspots of current biomedical photonics research. The light absorption of human skin tissue changes with different wavelength of light. Melanin, hemoglobin and water molecules are the main factors causing skin absorption. The principle of selective absorption of skin tissue is just used in laser cosmetology for treatment of pigmented diseases and vascular lesions diseases as well as body tattooing. In laser cosmetology, light absorption research of yellow races vivi-skin and establishment of detecting platform are of great importance to fundamental research and clinical treatment. Establishment of a detecting platform using optoelectronics and virtual instrument used for detecting the light absorption of human skin tissue is described, which realized the real time and nondestructive detecting of vivi-skin tissue in clinical treatment. Normal skin tissue and some skin tissue with pathological changes are tested by this detecting platform, the absorption spectrum are obtained. The degree of pathological change of skin can be detected by this platform quantitatively, thus give assistance to the determination of suitable treatment parameter in laser
    cosmetology.
