模糊多属性决策分析法在矿产资源开发中的应用

摘要
我国是世界人口第一大国,矿产资源总量上亦属于资源大国,但又是人均穷国,人均矿产占有量不足世界水平一半,进入二十一世纪后,保证经济可持续发展的矿产资源更加严重不足。
     矿产资源开发程度,反映了人类社会进步和科学技术水平的重要标志。它直接制约着我国国民经济发展的速度,同时关系到二十一世纪我国战略目标的实现,这对合理利用资源、增加社会财富、提高经济效益、保护自然生态平衡,都有着重要的意义。
     铜绿山铜铁矿是湖北省大冶有色金属总公司下属骨干矿山,也是我国有色金属大型矿山之一。矿山生产采用露、地联合开采,露天开采分南北两个采场。由于历史因素,矿山开采本关先南露天采场后北露天采场原则进行。当前矿山生产存在的问题之一是:南露天采场将于2005年开采结束,何处启动北露天采场,才能使得矿山经济效益、社会效益、环境效益保持最优化?
     针对铜绿山铜铁矿北露天矿何处启动最优这一问题,本文在收集大量铜矿山生产实际资料基础上,针对矿山生产中存在的模糊性和复杂性,提出运用模糊多属性决策方法对多个技术可行、经济合理方案进行评价。在学习、研究大量多属性决策模型和模糊多属性决策模型基础上,对各个模型进行了分析比较,提出适合矿产资源开发的决策模型,并经过深入研究,对模型进行了改进,使得模型分辨率进一步提高。
     在分析研究基础上,将该决策模型应用于铜绿山铜铁矿,结果表明:该方法科学、简便、精确,为北露天矿启动决策提供了合理的依据。
Our country is the biggest country of the world in population, which is also the biggest country of the mineral resources, but our country is a poor country on per capita of the resource quantity, and the per capita of mineral products is below half of the world standards of occupancy volume. After entering into the 21st century, to guarantee that mineral resources of economic sustainable development our mineral resource is insufficient seriously. The degree of development of mineral resources reflects the important signs of progress of human society and scientific and technological level, which limits the speed of national economic development of our country directly and relates to the realization of the strategic objective of our country in the 21st century at the same time, and which is important to rational utilization of the resource, increasing the wealth of society, increasing economic benefits, protecting the natural ecological balance.
    The Tonglushan copper-iron mine is the key mine of Hubei Daye nonferrous metals corporation, and it is one of the large-scale mines of nonferrous metals of our country too. The mine is adopted to open-mining and underground-mining jointly, and the open-mine is divided into north and south stope. One of the existing problems of the mine at present is: when the south open stope is over in
    2005, where does the open north stope start for the sake of optimizing economic benefit and social benefit and environmental benefit of the mine
    Facing to this problem, based on the large number real data of mine, in view of fuzzy attribute and complexity attribute existing in mine production, this paper applies fuzzy multi-attributes decision method to a lot of feasible technology, economy rational for schemes to appraise to proposes . The model that this method adopts is not only fully expressing fuzzy attribute of the mine, but also making the resolution ratio high
    
    
    Based on the research, this decision-making model is applied to Tonglushan mine for starting the open north stope, the result shows: this method is scientific, simple and accurate, and it offers rational basis for the decision making of the mine.
