中等职业学校学生愉快作文教学研究

摘要
日益深化的我国教育改革呼唤着愉快教育,语文作文教学,在进行愉快教育改革方面本应具有得天独厚的条件,然而,由于传统教育思想的束缚,我们的作文教学却长期实行着一种“制式”的标准,令学生厌恶写作,学生被逼迫写出来的文章也是七拼八凑,缺乏灵性,给人“千人一面,千口一腔”的感觉。针对这一现状,本文从当前中职教育实际出发,并结合自己多年来的作文教学的经验,对愉快作文教学从以下几个方面作了粗浅的探索:
     我通过多年从事职业教育的经验,客观地总结出中职学校存在的情况,更看到了中职学校改革的有利条件,能为实施愉快作文教学做好思想铺垫。
     实施愉快作文教学对语文教师素养提出了严格的要求,教师要不断地加强职业道德修养,毫不懈怠地提高专业素养,同时思维能力思维方法也要与时俱进。
     我在愉快作文教学中实施了让学生在生活中积累素材、提高学生写作成就感和效能感,让学生感受到成功的快乐,不断地培养学生欣赏作品的能力等策略;实施愉快作文教学的途径主要有教师要让爱心倾注作文教学的过程,师生在心灵碰撞中达到和谐相处;教师不断加强学生的思维训练,使学生学会思维;学生立足自我正确定位,始终充满自信;学生要学会学习策略,使自己尽快成功。
     实施愉快作文教学的中我主要采取了读书铺垫,活动体验,专题训练,任意抒怀,交流发表等基本方式。通过提高洞悉生活能力,拓宽写作空间;通过丰富内心世界,营造精神家园;通过调动情感,激发创造灵性;通过彰显异格,展示个人魅力等基本方法。事实证明,这些策略和方法能激发学生作文兴趣提高学生的写作水平。
     我对愉快作文教学的探索贯穿在有意识实施的教学活动中,对学生倾注了更多的关心,从中切实体会到他们身上的许多闪光点,以人为本的思想理念在我的教育思想中开始生根发芽。同时使我真切的感受到自己知识能力的狭隘,更使我牢固树立终身学习的理念,同学生一起成长。
The educational reform in our country that is developping day by day is calling happy education. The teaching of composition has unmatched conditions in carrying on happy education. However, as result of history,the teaching of composition has evaluated by the same standard for a long time.The compstions that the students write are piecing together ,lacking the intelligence In view of this status quo,setting out from the actual situation and combining my successful experience in teaching for many years , I have done elementary exploration from several following respects to the teaching of happy composition:
     The thought of happy education has long history in the west. Itinfluences the educational reform coming down in one continuous line ,especially in china today. At the same time we can see the factors clearly tha holding back improving ths students' qualities.
     Through the experience of vocational education ,I have evolved the facts in vocational school impersonal.In addition,it should be recoginze the favorable conditions of reform so that we can prepare for the happy education.
     It possesses a new challenge to teachers' qualities. So the teacher should strengthen the training of professional ethics constantly, insist on improving professional quality, ways of thinking and powers of thinking.
     I have implemented some tactics in happy education. For example, Let students accumulate the material, affirm student's writing achievement , let them experience the successful happiness, cultivat students appreciation tactics.The route to implement teaching of happy composition should love students. there are teachers, teachers and students reach and get along harmoniously in soul collide; The teacher should strengthen students' thinking training constantly and make students learn thinking; Student are full of confidence all the time .In addition, students should learn how to learn strategy, and make our own successful as soon as possible.
     Implementation of the Teaching of Composition pleasure that I take a major study to pave the way, participate in the activities, special training, the arts Shufu, exchanges, such as a basic way. Refining concern about life, and widen the writing space; rich inner world, and create a spiritual home, mobilization of emotions, stimulate the creation of spirituality; unique style, displaying his personal charisma, and other basic methods. Facts have proved that such strategies and methods to stimulate student interest in improving student essay writing level.
     I am happy to explore the composition teaching success lies in the study of the implementation of a teaching activities, the students show more concern from the practical experience of many Moments them, people-oriented ideas in my Educational Thought started taking root. At the same time I really feel the ability to narrow their own knowledge, I firmly establish the concept of lifelong learning, together with the students growth.
