基于Internet工业远程监控系统的设计与实现

摘要
现今,信息技术正以前所未有的速度渗透到各行各业中,改变着人们的生活,而且人们也愈来愈依赖它。对于个人无论休闲娱乐,还是工作学习,人们都会因信息技术的应用而感到方便高效。对于企业或公司,信息技术的合理使用可以降低成本、提高效率、增强灵活性,使之更具竞争力。因此,许多企业为了更好地生存和发展,纷纷对现有的技术和设备进行信息化改造,并出现了管理信息系统(Manage Information System,MIS)、企业信息系统(Enterprise Information System,EIS)、企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)等信息技术。无论采用哪种技术,其目的都是为了更合理、更充分地使用和分配企业的各种资源,使得企业生产效益最大化。
     然而传统的工业监控系统是一种专署系统,它适应所处工业生产的环境,适合当时的管理和控制要求,但随着企业信息化的发展和技术的更新,专署系统很明显已不适应当今企业的集成化、综合化的要求。为此,必须使新系统既具备工业监控系统的特征又符合企业信息化的特点。因此,本文采用混合控制网络结构把工业监控系统与信息网络无缝结合起来,并利用Microsoft的DCOM(Distributed Component Object)技术建立上层应用。DCOM的高安全性、可靠性和易扩展性可以有效地建立安全可靠的监控系统。而且DCOM还有助于统一系统的开发和简化维护。所以本文重点是以DCOM技术为核心并结合压缩机远程监控系统的实现,深入研究基于Internet的远程监控系统。
     从内容上本文可以分为两个部分:基于Internet的工业远程监控系统的理论研究和压缩机远程监控系统的设计与实现。第一部分,首先研究了工业监控系统的主要特点以及远程监控中的问题。然后,从目前在工控领域中广泛应用的技术中,为远程监控系统的理论设计寻找相应的技术支持平台。最后,提出了一种以分布式应用为核心的基于B/S/C(Browser/Server/Collection)架构的系统实现方案。在第二
    
    部分中,以压缩机远程监控系统为例,在前一部分提出的系统架构的
    基础上,设计、实现并配置部署了整个系统。同时,还对具体实现所
    采用的技术以及如何使用这些技术实现系统进行了详细介绍。最后还
    对课题进行了回顾和总结,并指出了课题的后续研究内容。
Today people's life has been changed significantly by the Information Technology (IT), which has spread into all parts of society. People will depend on it more than ever before. To the private, it will make person feel convenience and efficiency in the amusement or work. To the enterprise, it is a good way to pull down cost, improve efficiency and reinforce agility. Thus, lots of technologies, such as MIS, EIS and ERP, have been appeared to support the needs of enterprises, which is changing the traditional produce facility and technology to synchronize the developing of IT.
    The industry monitor and control system is always growing with the revolution of technology, update of facility, improvement of operator. But, the traditional industry monitor and control system has not adapted the requirement of system integration and synthesis today. Using the DCOM (Distributed Component Object) of Microsoft, System can be extended more easily, and be more reliable or security. Thus, it is the focus of this paper to build a union and extensible system with DCOM, and research an extensible system integrated the tradition control system with the information system consistently.
    Under the implement of Remote Monitor and Control System of Compressor, this paper researched and discussed the related problems in the remote monitor and control system.
    There are two parts in the content of paper: one is research and design of industrial remote monitor and control system based on Internet; the other is implement of Remote Monitor and Control System of Compressor. In part one, at first there is the introduction of general technologies and
    
    
    
    applications in the industrial control field, which is the basement of the remote monitor and control theory. After that, the paper put forward an implement, which is a distributed system based on the B/S/C (Browser/Server/Collection) structure. In part two, considering the system discussed in part one, the paper designed, implemented and deployed the Remote Monitor and Control System of Compressor. At same time, there are some main technologies and problems discussed in the System. The paper conclusions and reviews all about the task and advances the questions for discussion in the future at last section.
