江苏省林木种苗企业效绩评价体系的研究

摘要
企业效绩评价是近十年来理论与实务界十分关注的热门问题,对效绩评价及相关问题的研究和讨论跨越多个学科和领域。企业效绩评价是经济管理体系中的一个核心问题。衡量企业既定目标指导企业经营发展方向,都离不开效绩评价。
随着林木种苗企业的加速发展,林木种苗企业在整个林业行业中的地位和作用越来越重要,人们对林木种苗企业的效绩评价也越来越重视,如何科学地构建林木种苗企业绩效评价体系,已越来越受到人们的关注。
本文在回顾国内外企业效绩评价体系研究成果的基础上,通过对几种传统的效绩评价方法的比较,指出了其最大的不足之处在于这些传统的效绩评价方法都比较注重财务指标,而忽略了非财务指标的作用。本文的实现程度,判断组织各项活动对实现组织目标的有效性,制定标准以运用国有资本金绩效评价体系对溧水县林场经营效绩进行评价,并根据案例分析,结合林木种苗企业本身的特点,提出对于林木种苗企业效绩的评价体系初步构建的设想,指出应运用合理的评价指标对林木种苗企业产生的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益进行进一步的评价
Enterprise Performance evaluation is the theory and practice over the past decade was quite concerned about the hot issues the performance evaluation and related issues of study and discussion across disciplines and fields. Tree seedlings for the performance evaluation of enterprises paying more and more attention to. how to build scientific tree seedlings enterprise performance evaluation system has been attracting increasing attention.
Based on review of domestic and foreign enterprises Performance Evaluation System on the basis of the results, Several of the traditional method of performance evaluation, that the biggest drawback lies in the traditional performance evaluation methods are more emphasis on financial indicators, the neglect of non-financial indicators role. In this paper, the use of state-owned capital of the Performance Evaluation System Lishui County tree business performance evaluation, and analysis based on the case, Tree seedlings enterprises with their own characteristics, tree seedlings for the enterprise performance evaluation system initially envisaged building, that should be used to evaluate a reasonable indicator of forest seedling enterprises from the ecological benefits, social and economic benefits for further evaluation.
