深港集装箱码头群合作竞争策略研究

摘要
在激烈竞争的市场经济中,每一个市场主体都希望自己能立于不败之地,实现利益最大化。但是经济环境的不确定性,交易费用的存在,信息的不对称性以及机会主义行为等等因素约束了市场主体目标的实现,同时这些局限条件也为市场主体的策略运用提供了广阔的空间。现代博弈论研究局限条件下的市场主体之间博弈的不同行为方式或不同的策略选择,利益对立之间的策略问题以及这些行为选择及策略问题的运作方式的相互作用。
     合作竞争首次由Nalebuff和Brandenburger提出,并用博弈论来描述包含竞争与合作两个组成部分的现象。同年Maria Bengtsson和So RenKock也将既包含竞争又包含合作的现象称为合作竞争,并研究了企业网络的合作竞争。
     本文首先对集装箱码头群合作竞争基础理论研究的发展历程进行了回顾总结,为后面的研究构建了基本的理论框架。然后对深港地区的腹地外贸发展状况和主要码头进行了研究和分析。在此基础上使用模糊合作对策的Shaply值方法建立了博弈模型,进行模型假设并求解。最后,最后结合模型,论述了在深港区域进行集装箱码头群合作竞争的可行性。
In this highly competitive market economy, every market players have hope that they will be invincible and maximize its interests. However, the uncertainty of the economic environment, the existence of transaction costs. Information asymmetry factors and opportunism bound by the market to achieve the main goal. Those constraints are also a tactic to provide a broad market space. Study of modern game theory in limitations, the market conditions for the main game between the different behavior or different strategic options and the confrontation between the interests of the strategy and tactics they choose.
    Nalebuff and Brandenburger first mention co-opetition in theirs papers, includes using game theory to describe the phenomenon of two components: competition and cooperation. At the same year So RenKock and Maria Bengtsson also named co-opetition is an element of competition as competitive as cooperation and study the cooperation competition of enterprise network.
    This paper firstly looked back and summarized the course of study on the core co-opetition theory, and composed a theory frame for the following research. Then the paper investigated and analyzed the evolution of container terminals and their hinter land. Based on the Fuzzy Game theory of Shaply, the paper set up an evaluation index model and solving the model assumptions. Finally, the paper proposed detailed suggestion to foster and promote co-opetition for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong terminals.
